WOWZERS! This is the best brisket in New Mexico! Get the moist half pound, and you'll be in absolute heaven! I have to eat low-carb, so to make up for the carbs I "miss out on," I make sure that my protein is the best I can buy, so this place is absolutely worth it!!!!! Absolutely phenomenal BBQ. Some of the best food in town. I am a foodie and struggle to find great food around here but hands down this place deserves a great review! I invited all my friends to like your page and will continue to praise and patronize this wonderful business. I see great things in the future and hope to have this wonderful food option around for a long time 🖤 10/10 on the brisket, pulled pork and sausage I have tried so far.

But the food was not very good. It made me sad. The mac n cheese was terrible very..... dry, no seasonings or cheese just dry. The sausage was tough and hard to chew. The brisket was lacking in flavor and very dry as well. The beans were the best part of the whole meal. Everyone has bad days. 2 stars is not a fair rating.
