The brisket was lacking in flavor and very dry as well. The beans were the best part of the whole meal. Everyone has bad days. 2 stars is not a fair rating. WOWZERS! This is the best brisket in New Mexico! Get the moist half pound, and you'll be in absolute heaven! I have to eat low-carb, so to make up for the carbs I "miss out on," I make sure that my protein is the best I can buy, so this place is absolutely worth it!!!!! Their brisket is mouth-wateringly delicious, moist, perfectly spiced, and very conveniently located in downtown Artesia! ?
