Stopped by this location on my way to Lubbock, TX and couldn’t have been more impressed with the service, cleanliness and of course… the sandwiches. Hats off to this establishment and would highly recommend if you need a quick hearty bite to eat while in Artesia.

I stayed the weekend in Artesia and I ate at several different places. Schlotzsky’s was easily the most favorable places to eat. Quick, quality food, and friendly service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just had an amazing experience at Schlotzsky’s! From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—perfectly toasted bread, generous portions, and bold flavors in every bite. 🥪🔥
You can really tell they take pride in quality and consistency. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or feeding the whole crew, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend stopping by—this is how great food and great service should be done! 👏

The food was great really good and you will get full how ever you are paying a lot of money and are greeted by a stick in the mud. She had no sense of humor and no ability to help explain anything either. We tried telling her it was our first time there and wanted to understand how big the sandwich was, deer in headlights was all we got back. If you are wanting a cheaper experience don't go there we spent $90.00 on 4 sandwiches and 4 drinks. I ordered something called the Albuquerque turkey it claimed to come on jalapeño bread with some kind of spicy mayo, that was definitely sourdough and a dry sandwich. My wife got a chicken fiesta and it was supposed to come with the same mayo and it was also dry. The only good thing about the restaurant is speed of service.

We no longer have a Schlotzsky's here but to me, definitely worth the drive to Artesia from Roswell. Pricey, yes... delicious, absolutely.

Today I ordered the Greek chicken flatbread. It is excellent! There was an issue redeeming points on app that crew and manager cheerfully resolved. I appreciate the great service and good food.

I always try to hit this specific spot every time I am in Artesia, NM.
Friendly people, clean facilities, hot food and made to order as always. The kid waiting on me was very friendly and really was respectful in telling me how big the large sandwich was just giving me a friendly lighthearted warning about how large it is and that it could feel a family of four.
I responded in the affirmative and told him I was a veteran and was aware. I also told him I appreciated him telling me and keep up the good work.
No disappointments whatsoever.

At 1st site it’s just a sandwich shop but once you have tasted the deli deliciousness it’s on like donkey Kong I had me the Italian calzone
Might not be the healthiest option. But not the worst either. A good sandwich. Several great options available, including vegetarian.
