You guys seriously need to stop drenching the burgers in sauce and actually use FRESH veggies. It's gross and really sucks this is how artesia fast food is. Kids eat that food, elderly people eat that food. Get some standards. (Other staff is nice though)

The carhop, female, short, black hair in pony tail is rude and needs to be terminated for treating customers so rudely. I haven’t had sonic’s for years so I was super excited to get a foot-long and some tater tots as we leave the drive-through I reach in the bag hoping to get a hot tater tot now tell me why The hell did I just leave from there with cold tater tots? Sonics you let me down. Super disappointed!

Dear Mr Sonic Drive Inn...What the hell?! Frozen onions rings?! How do go from perfecting the onion ring recipe across the nation to FROZEN mushy ones once they are fried?! We the American ppl have suffered enough travesty over the years from this great country changing to the Washington football team, to removing Aunt Jemima and now the greatest onion rings are also no more?! The horror!!! Make onion rings great again!! Sincerely red blooded Americans everywhere!!

Went to sonic and ordered three ocean waters and when had to for one, return one of the three back because it was a sprite. We then got our drink back but it was water with blue coloring in it. Not happy.

I always place my order online and when I check in it says someone is on its way with my order and then 30 mins go by and I can see my order waiting through the window 🙄 twice this has happened once when I only ordered two drinks and now today when I actually wanted food. I always have to press the button and" see if my order went through" when I can literally see it getting cold.
