My "hot" drink was not hot. It was barely warm. I paid way too much to not get what I ordered. Very disappointed.

Rob the new manager is RUDE…. In the drive thru he messed up an order and told customers he gave them the expensive drink for free when they mentioned he messed up the order and wanted their drink. It’s not what he said it’s how he said & the ugly look he was giving them. I ordered a venti and he wanted to give me a grande and seemed really annoyed I didn’t want to take the grande.

worst Starbucks I've been to. Slow service, multiple errors on order, and RUDE employees. it's not my fault you got my order wrong! remade it wrong again and I just drank it, my husband's drink was really watered down.

Machines were broken at the time of the visit. They were very upfront about the issues they were having.

We ordered drinks for work and two of the drinks were only half filled up . They were the pumpkin spice cream cold brew with some extra caramel drizzle and shots of espresso. When contacting the manager Rob he said he watched them make our drinks and said he knew that were made correctly. Asking us to bring the drinks back and they would remake them. Because we are working we are not able to go and get drinks that they did not make correctly the first time. Very disappointed!

Awful experience. We were the only people in the lobby and it took 20 minutes to make four drinks with six employees working.
I’ve never felt so welcome and seen at a Starbucks! 2 different employees welcomed me in, and a manager complimented my hair while I was seated! They truly gave me “light ice” when I asked for it, and my food and coffee were both spot on! 10/10 recommend stopping here!

Honestly if I could give a half star I so would. I would recommend kith and kin better than this Starbucks in artesia nm. I asked for a matcha latte on hot with almond milk. Tell me how can you miss this? I took a sip and it tasted like water down. Never again I’m goingTo be spending my money on this Starbucks. I rather drive to Carlsbad to get a better Starbucks drink.
