Not the Queen is placed, but not the worst by far!! Service people always seem very friendly and chicken is always excellent. That said, I know i'm old school, But ten dollars for 4 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Seems high. But then I would say architecture has a little bit on the expensive side.

How do you work at a fast food place and not know what’s in the food? I asked if a burrito was spicy — the cashier had no idea. She asked the manager… who also didn’t know. Seriously? Then suddenly the item “wasn’t available” even though it was clearly listed on the menu behind them. At that point, I gave up and ordered something else. Zero product knowledge, no effort, and a frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a chicken cantina bowl, rice was really mushy, chewy and flavorless, super weird, chicken was cold and I asked the lady to try the rice, she said they were not allowed to when all day long ppl are eating in the back then asked me for my address to send a voucher, customer service is terrible and then they want our address?!
