Been a min since I've been but this will be the last. Are you kidding me Wendy's? The chicken sand is now the size of the jr chz burger. And you seriously have the nerve to charge the same price? Cold fries & the container not even full. But hey the soda was cold. Schlotzsky's is right next door and those sandwiches are killer.

I probably should give the food of five cuz I've ate their 25 times and only a couple have they given me cold fries or slow delivery. Almost always the food is excellent, the people are friendly but often the restaurant is less than ideally clean. It's a busy place but for fast food you can't beat it and I highly recommend them!! Unlike McDonald's which will never get my business again, Wendy's will give you a refund or treat you correctly if there's a problem with your food. In particular I am boycotting because of the Wendy's in Artesia, but in particular I am boycotting all McDonald's because of their refusal to refund a meal that made both my dogs and my wife and I sick. You won't get that kind of service at Wendy's, none of the ones I've been to anyway, but this one is especially good right here in Artesia NM

This store consistently has missing items. When you talk them about it there’s no solution besides talk to the GM who might there the next day. They can’t even get orders correct for DoorDash. They pack it up, seal it and try to blame dashers.

Had to go back to drive through 3 times on first ever visit. Left out salad dressing and fork, didn't get drinks right, went back again, and each time several employees were standing outback walleriing all over each other instead of fixing orders. Next time we went back, because we are from out of town and have no other options, still didn't get orders right, and had to go back twice to finally get everything we ordered. Employees acted like it was our problem not theirs. Told them 3 times what we wanted and still didn't get everything. Won't be going there again.

Lazy losers said they were closed and hour and a half after they have been open with cars going through the driveway. I have been through there at 645am and 7 am yet it's 8am and the losers want $15/hr to halfass their jobs
