Had to go back to drive through 3 times on first ever visit. Left out salad dressing and fork, didn't get drinks right, went back again, and each time several employees were standing outback walleriing all over each other instead of fixing orders. Next time we went back, because we are from out of town and have no other options, still didn't get orders right, and had to go back twice to finally get everything we ordered. Employees acted like it was our problem not theirs. Told them 3 times what we wanted and still didn't get everything. Won't be going there again.

Lazy losers said they were closed and hour and a half after they have been open with cars going through the driveway. I have been through there at 645am and 7 am yet it's 8am and the losers want $15/hr to halfass their jobs

I give them no star for the drive-in window service. Saturday August 3rd, 9:25 p.m. I ordered a double baconator with a Frosty. Whoever was expediting or taking my order gave me a chicken sandwich. When I arrived home I noticed it was a wrong sandwich. I went back to Wendy's to correct my order that was mistaken by whoever it was working that evening. There was a rude girl working the drive through, didn't even bother to say sorry. She was very rude. Next time I'll go somewhere else for better drive through service.
Newer location, so it's in good shape. Burger and fries were hot and fresh. Employees were fast and friendly through the drive in.

Last time I came here I got a crispy chicken sandwich not only was the chicken dry it was hard and disgusting flavor. I came again today hoping to give them another chance same thing I'm not coming here again until they realize how bad the food is and to properly check thier food before giving it out to others.

Ordered large chilli but they only had enough for a small. Never had chilli from a Wendy's that wasn't hot. No lie when I say it was refrigerated cold. If I was traveling on the road and didn't have a hotel then what am I to do. Guess go by a convenient store that has a microwave. Ordered off the app so was charged for a large chilli. Manager said she would compensate for the large and I don't know how it works but I was charged for a large.
Came in dining room and as I approached the counter there were two girls having a personal conversation at cash register. Time went by and my presence was at no time acknowledged. Kept waiting and another two customers arrived, same thing, the personal conversation kept going to the point that the other to customers and i left. As I was leaving I spotted the manager with another employee outside behind the restaurant. Approached her and explained what happened inside, she did not seem to care about it. There are better options around Artesia!

Cashier could not understand the difference between junior bacon cheeseburger and junior cheeseburger even after 3 times of trying to clarify it to her. Didn't get to eat here because the cashier couldn't do her job. Done with this Wendy's.
