Asian fusion in Aztec, NM

“The wonderful ladies have moved from Aztec Main Street to a food truck on US 550 and Road 2105 just north of Cedar Hill on the way to Durango. The food is just wonderful. My fave is the Spicy Basil Fried Rice with duck. There are 3 other duck dishes, including Ginger Duck. All the other Thai dishes are offered as well as burgers. It is on our regular rotation and you just can’t go wrong. They now have two picnic tables on the edge of the mesa overlooking the lush farm in the valley below. Highly recommended! ❤️“
