I experienced the best customer service a few days ago, Jovanni made sure he made my whole order correct. and made sure i received everything I wanted, and just how I like it on my burger.

Food was good but service slow and the establishment was dirty. I mean sticky obviously dirty. It looks like they need more staff and/or a different manager.

Certainly the best fast food Green Chili burger I've ever had. I appreciate that this chain honors its history and stays relevant without becoming just another faux retro diner experience. We had a seasonal pumpkin pie shake that was outstanding.

Waited 20 minutes before asking how long it’ll be. When the guy said another 10 minutes for one burger I left.
At least tell me it is going to take a half hour before I order so you don’t waste my time

The food is great, but every time we get food to go, they forget something. They’ve sent us gift cards to make up for it but I’d rather they just get the order right. I live too far away to drive back.
