5 Best Burger Restaurants near Bayard

“I am surprised by the low rating reviews, but hey they would probably give McDonald's or Burger King 5 stars �. The burgers are amazing. The green chili makes the burger even better. The cheese is perfectly melted on the burger. Fries cooked to perfection as they are a perfect size and perfect amount of potato and crunchiness. They are not those skinny fries with almost no potato and all crust. This is better than McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and in and out. Yeah, I'll say it. It's better than Whataburger (not the one in El Paso since they offer green chili). Service can be slow, but what do you expect when only 3 people are working and the line is out the door. Blake's is a New Mexico gem.“

“Blake's is still good, great shakes, fries. But sadly on my visit, the hamburger was subpar, not as good as I remember years ago.

Service / servers were teenagers or younger adults, they seemed disinterested, indifferent. Decent service, but again....not like I remember it years ago.

“Amazing southwest chicken avocado salad! Although every time i get it, the lettuce tastes like it wasn’t washed. I made a comment the last time i ate there a few months ago and told the lady at the front to please make sure they rinsed the lettuce and it tasted amazing, sadly... i am eating nasty lettuce right now. Can’t finish the salad that i paid for because the lettuce tastes extremely bitter. Please rinse your lettuce. Please 😭“

“Had lunch here and was a pleasant experience. Husband had cheese enchiladas and serving was huge with great rice and good beans. I had patty melt which was really well cooked. Fries were a little under done for my taste but still really good. Plenty to eat at a reasonable price. As to service, very pleasant and efficient. Atmosphere was good and welcoming. Salad bar looked really good and we will be sure to try it next time. Best of all food was hot when we got it! Good job!👍“

“Uneatable! The burgers were cold and smashed together. The new French fries that are supposed to be all Krispy were cold and wadded up in a cup. Cold, rubbery tasted of rancid fry oil. Paid $28 for that and could barely eat anything. The only thing that was the cokes. I can't give a negative score, too bad it deserves it.“
