Ordered from here twice now. The first time, I got a French dip. Not bad, just kinda what I expected.The second time, got a BLT and a side of Rellano with green chile... The BLT was basically a day old lettuce sandwich, the rellano was soggy like it was also old and reheated in a microwave (and was still cold), and the green chile looked like something you'd find in the bottom of a trash bag. And why was it gelatinous?Kinda gross... probs won't go back :(

Sweet little restaurant with a tempting menu of Mexican and American entrees. We just dropped in for refreshing peach ice tea and lemon meringue pie, which was delicious. Will be back for a full meal next time we visit Bayard.

Service was great but the food was ok. First time here had the beef chimi. The tortilla was sogie because the meet was ground beef. Also ordered a beff tamale and there was a small amount of meat and it was dry. Should of ordered the stack like everyone else in the restraint. I gave it a second chance and ordered the roast beef chimi and it was the best in town. Today I'm back for the ribeye and it's delishs.

Otherwise, this might be good for when you are hungry and prefer normalcy over adventure, Fries are cardboard, ground meat akin to vege-sawdust, chicken from cans (?) tables half-full, populated by pineal calcines, waited upon by those who still require a calculator for change. Fresh cut of moo for $16-19, seared and sided (oink $13). Cheapest oils, veges. Large inventory of dessert options and waist sizes, memorabilia..

Only wish they were open on the weekend. 5 ⭐'s all around.Vegetarian options: Salads or soups and some sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: Have a good kids menu. Seats for the little ones.Parking: Could use more parking, Always busy, so parking by restaurant is limited. Parking across the street is available. They have a lot of take out, so that helps with seating and parking. Especially Fridays fish day which is very popular.Dietary restrictions: They have heart friendly meals. Just have to ask for your restrictions. They usually accommodate.
