I purchased 2 enchanted plates for my self and my spouse. My first bite of my plate was a piece of plastic ! I called and spoke staff they were very rude and unprofessional to the point that I had to end my call. requested a refund but I settled for a remake of the order on a different day. When I called back on a different day staff acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.

Ordered the carne plate, not a lot of food for 14.99. the server was rude and didn't even say hi or bye. What do want to drink, then she left after my water and didn't take my order even though I was ready. She just dropped the chips and salsa on the table without even a word or to take my order also no home made chips. I took one bite or the chips and they were store bought . My food arrived she didn't even say anything just put the food down and walked away. I waited for my sopapillas for more then five minutes and still never came. So I got and asked for my sopas, and she on her phone. She said they will be out, she brought them out a flopped then on the table still not saying a word to me. I went to pay and she was on her phone so I had to get her attention. 13.99 for chili pork and beans and rice and to sopas. 8.00$ meal at best. The whole place was very hot, I couldn't even enjoy my food because it was to hot to eat. 14.99 total, that's ridiculous, for one person.

So we ordered 2 hand held burritos. We landed up with 2 burritos in a plastic container the tortillas we’re not rolled. It was a mess. My husband went back in to complain the manager didn’t make it right. She didn’t care to make it right. We used to love to eat here. But not anymore. This was the second time they did this to us. Never coming back. How hard is it to make 2 hand held burritos? If Max was still around this would have not happened. Very disappointed. Food is good but service sucked.

Small place with about 8 tables. Great food, great service. The Navajo tacos, Carne adovada enchiladas, and the Carne adovada plate are all fantastic. Hearty portions and friendly staff.
They charged me $13.99 for a plate of enchiladas when the menu cost is $11.99.On the receipt I marked 0.00 for tip and the next day they stole money off my card and updated my bill to $14.99. that is embezzlement and I'm going to file

I left my credit card at Montanos, I new it was there because it was the last place I pulled it out but decided to pay in cash. I called and they said there was no credit card found. I decided to go over there, when I got there I told the girl at the front that I was the one who called about a lost credit card, she said "hold on" and went to the back and told the other girl "the lady who called about the credit card is here" the other girl came up front and asked what she could help me with when she new exactly why i was there, after the other girl had just told her, so I proceeded to tell her again why I was there, she then told me, " no there are no cards here, then I said can you please check again, so she opened the drawer and said it's not here, I clearly saw my card in the drawer and I said is that it, and she said, "oh I guess it is here"OMG really!!?? Well who else would have put my card in the drawer! They obviously had to have checked the drawer when I first called and told them I lost my card there, or did they lie and just say they checked?!I'm so disappointed at the dishonesty of the people here, my family and I will NEVER go back!

Montanos is a quaint family owned restaurant. Food was excellent, recieved meal in less than 10 minutes. The only improvement that needs to be made is they need to invest in repairing theyre tables(ours had at a permanent slant were i was worried that if I bumped the table it would knock over my drink). Also their is very little space to move around in the restaurant.
