I lived in San Diego for quite awhile and lived on tacos. I've since returned to new mexico to a suburb of Albuquerque. I have not been able to find tacos that are not texified or new mexican. This place reminds me of the delicious and authentic Sinaloa tacos. The atmosphere is that of a taqueria on the beach. I recieved my food quickly and with a smile.
Great spot in Belen for Mexican food. I've had pretty much everything on the menu, and I've never been disappointed. My favorites are the sopes, tacos, and menudo. This place gets very busy, but it's worth the wait.

My absolute favorite place to eat in Belen. The asada tortas and beef tostadas are amazing! The rolled tacos are yummy also. Their green salsa is addictive. The restaurant is cozy, but a little small on the tables for my big crowd. We do take out and it's great.
