“My absolute favorite place to eat in Belen. The asada tortas and beef tostadas are amazing! The rolled tacos are yummy also. Their green salsa is addictive. The restaurant is cozy, but a little small on the tables for my big crowd. We do take out and it's great.“
“American breakfast food was average. New Mexican food was fantastic! Service was average, the server seemed overwhelmed. Not a busy place, but it seemed like one server for the whole floor, which was expansive. They seemed to be preparing for a very large party to come in. Spoke to the owner, Izzy, who seems very involved and passionate about his business. He says they use this place for large parties and a weekly rotary club meeting. He also says they use the parking lot for food trucks and pop-up restaurants. How cool!“
“2 locations to serve you Los Lunas and Belen. We usually eat at the Belen location which kind of hides across the street from McDonalds and same center as Subway. I like their 2 Relleno plate for $10.99 with Spanish rice and beans. Served with fresh Sopapillas.“
“Hadn't been here since 2005 and the food is still good! Chile relleno was different. Husband liked it, but I have to try it again because I didn't like the cheese they used inside of it. Waiter was very attentive and swift. But when cash is given, please don't ask if I want change back. Let me decide what I need to tip. I am always generous if service is good, but not when my change is half of what my meal cost. JS“
“This is a really cute small local place in Belen. It has a classic vibe with the painted brick walls and barrel lights. The service was great and friendly! The steak is amazing! My son and hubby had the filet mignon, I had the ribeye and my daughter had the steak fajitas. All had great flavor and cooked to perfection! I had the loaded baked potato and salad sides and the boys had loaded potato and cole slaw. The potatoes were well cooked and the slaw was great. We also started with mozzarella sticks and a blooming onion. The onion was hand made from a fresh onion, hand cut and lightly seasoned and breaded. It was delicious by itself and with ranch. The mozzarella sticks were typical cheese sticks. We had a nice time and found a new favorite steak house. We enjoy supporting local businesses! Thank you!“
“So we ordered 2 hand held burritos. We landed up with 2 burritos in a plastic container the tortillas we’re not rolled. It was a mess. My husband went back in to complain the manager didn’t make it right. She didn’t care to make it right. We used to love to eat here. But not anymore. This was the second time they did this to us. Never coming back. How hard is it to make 2 hand held burritos? If Max was still around this would have not happened. Very disappointed. Food is good but service sucked.“
