The bake goods are always great. Jose and the ladies employees are always nice and polite. Customer service has been very good until this morning. The older baker has been known for his bad temper and today he showed me it and I couldn't believe it. I called to place a catering order for 60 people. When this older gentleman answered I asked "who am I speaking with", you want to know the name of the person taking your order. He answered with an angry voice "just say what you need". Wow! Never expected that from one of the owners and so early in the morning... so, I asked again: "may I have your name? I'm calling to place an order". He replied: "I will never give you my name".... How can you say that to a client who is being polite and placing a big order and even if it's just one piece of bread what you're buying. It's sad when those angry words come from a person. He must be far from happiness. I will keep him on my prayers

This is the panaderia to go to! Full assortment of delicious pastries, spices, teas, cookware, and more. Mexican cane sugar Coke is always in stock. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Tamales are available by the dozen on Saturdays and Sundays, and special orders can be accommodated, so call ahead on Wednesday.
