Love love love!! As new Belen residents, we were really keeping our fingers crossed that the one local watering hole would be a good one - lucky us, Hub City is a gem! Seating offerings include a small interior with tables and large outdoor area. We really need a little renovation in my opinion though, because I need a rail so I can sit and chat with Cyndi (the owner) and not block up the queue! Highly recommend!!! Stopped through for 1 night. We tried the brisket sandwich & cheeseburger - absolutely delicious. Make sure you don't miss the fries... mmmm....Enjoyed chatting with Cindy & Tom was super helpful with an amazing talent with his Margarita recipe. Also a great place for train watching. Great vibes

Great little spot in Belen. It's really cool sitting there to eat and watch the freight trains roll in. The food is really good. The owners are super nice. They have a train that suspends from the ceiling. Other people that came were nice too. I will absolutely be back for the food and atmosphere.
