Fast and quick surved in under 10 minutes

Absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in my food and when I went to return it they refused to refund it because I didn’t have a receipt on me that they never even handed me. They also refused to remake it because I had eaten half before I found the hair in the center. They accused me of lying. So disgusting and unhygienic

When I came to this place in November. My daughter wanted to get a chicken sandwich, so I went to get a chicken sandwich for her. When I went in the drive thru, these people acted like they didn't hear me and say it in a rude tone. This employee named Alyssa was also rude to me. She gave me my food and just shut the door in my face. Didn't even say have a good day or anything similar to that. Sonic in Belen seriously needs to build up their customer service if they wanna keep going.

Pauline and Angel (managers btw) touch the food with their hands. I’ve seen them eat tots and fries right out of the bags as they are packing them. They reuse foam cups by rising them out in the sink to cut down on paper waste. Absolutely disgusting. They never wash their hands, smoke in the fridges, touch their phone then touch food. The apple does not fall far from the tree. Extremely rude and immature. They despite all the complaints they receive nothing is done, they get a slap on the wrist. Don’t eat here unless your okay with eating dirty food because they never clean machines

Service was terrible, not only did they take forever but the girl taking my order was rude and yelled at me saying she “couldn’t hear me” in a rude tone but I was speaking just fine. Then the older woman at the window was very rude as well, she just handed me my food and shut the window in my face without even saying have a nice day or anything. Fries were also thrown on the bottom of the bag like they gave no care. Terrible workers hire better people!

I went to the drive thru late at night ordered 3 combos the girl who took my order was very rude when I went up to the window she didn’t greet me just said the total and she grabbed the money from my hand very very rude when she didn’t give me my change I let her keep like 4 bucks from the change and she didn’t even say thank you or nothing her name is Iana? that’s the name on her name tag if you don’t like your job maybe switch jobs don’t bring your misery on other people especially customers. Your workers are making you lose business. So i suggest you train your workers to do better or change jobs

How long does it take to make a coke with no ice for doordash. PICK UP WAS AT 2:37PM! This is nuts. Sitting here watching order after order go out but yet the order for doordash is delayed like crazy for a drink of all things. Pressed the button TWICE. DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER TILL TWO FORTY THREE! VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

Whoever the lady is working at this location today which is Saturday November 29th 2025. You are very rude. It should not be hard for a delivery driver to go pick up a order for a customer but yet you made it very difficult. When contacting the people I have to contact to figure out what to do about the order and they want to speak to a representative of Sonic you don't have to be rude and snarky just because you get an error in your system in your uneducated on how to fix those errors that is not the customers fault or the delivery driver's full and it should not be taken out on any of them but you are very rude and you need to be held accountable. Secondly since when did Sonic stop making their employees wear uniforms.

The Good:

The staff is usually very friendly and the food always tastes great.

The Bad:

There are very few, if any stalls left to drive in and order at. It's either Drive thru which makes for long lines and longer wait time or by online orders (which doesn't always let you order the way you want it) and you have to use the drive thru which again adds to ling lines and LONGER wait times.
Bring back the drive in, Bring back the Car Hops!!!
