I ordered from the app, so I was confident in my food order, to bad I had no control over the quality of the food. Bottom bun was so hard/dry I took it off and at the burger without it. Tots were overcooked and gross. I threw them away. At least the tea was good. I brought my food home because the old car next to me stayed running, and I was getting grossed out by the fumes... that part isn't sonics fault, but I would have eaten there if that car wasn't next to me.

When I pulled into the parking lot the guy was sweeping the lot and ran inside to take my order I only got a cherry limeade and when I pulled to window noticed he pumped the lemon in my full cup and then went to the hand sink washe his hands came back and put my lid on I let that go as I went to put my straw in after pulling away i noticed something dark under my lid though it was the cherry stem so I opened the top and what did I find a big moth I backed up to window and told the manager to open it I could see her mouth through the window say there is a bug in his drink. I was absolutely horrified and did not want another I just got my money back and left I saw it through the lid I don’t know how it got by him. They didn’t care to notice or fallow hand washing procedures while taking care of me as a customer.

The food quality has drastically gone downhill in the past couple of years. Apparently the workers are smoking pot and screwing up orders all the time, yet management doesn’t care. I will never order food or drinks from here again.

First I had to repeat 3 times order 281 now what was that number? I said do you need me to write it down for you. He said “ yeah that would help. I said your on drugs go get some one else. He went away laughing. Then a female employee comes out and starts in on about we can hear because it rained and he was confused because I said he was on drugs. He wasn’t confused. He was laughing about the whole thing. Guess I will have to stop going there and spread my story all over the internet.

I went to pick up some dinner for my family one evening. Picked up a couple of burgers, fries, onion rings, a chicken wrap and corn dogs. It was horrible. And I don't mean just not good. I mean it was gross. The meat in the burgers tasted rotten. It didn't taste like beef. Yuck. The wrap was a disheveled mess. It wasn't even rolled up neatly. Everything was falling out. The corn dogs were so dark and they were extremely greasy. The fries that I ordered extra crispy were cold and really greasy as were the tots. And forget the onion rings. They too looked like they had been sitting there for awhile. Cold and extremely greasy. The majority of that whole meal went into the trash.

Went in to get food the (woman?) Running the drive through was very rude all of the workers were sitting outside hanging out and there was two people in the kitchen working there was rats and cocroaches trying to get into the kitchen and they never make the food right always burn it and on top of that we got drinks and they had stuff in them that was not ice or drink This place is gonna make you sick don't recommend going unless you want to get sick
