The experience was bad. We were taken to a table that was not yet cleaned and asked to wait next to the table while the host cleaned it.
My cousin had asked for a glass of water and was told that when our server came he would get it for us. She did not bring us any silverware even though she told us she would. I had a house salad with Asian chicken salad with grilled chicken. The house salad was returned because wrong dressing. The Asian chicken salad was returned because instead of grilled chicken on my salad, it came with breaded fried chicken.
My drink had no alcohol. Just a bad experience all around.
I have never had such a bad experience. I will not be returning to this Applebee's.

We came to eat at the Applebee's in Bernalillo. And we had an awesome waitress named Lisa. It was a pleasure having her as our waitress. She made us feel welcomed. And she checked on us often. She made sure our tea was always full. We will definitely come back and dine here. Shout out to the kitchen staff as well. Our food came out perfect!!!

Bartender was very overworked but nice. The hostess had the worst attitude, ever. Waited over an hour for our food & when we asked for it to-go it was a huge inconvenience to the hostess. Being understaffed and behind is totally understandable but communication on that is important. Do better.

Our two dishes, late Friday nite.. were delicious I got the chicken in mushrooms and onions with a little shrimp. Was so good. Chicken cooked perfect.

Apple bee’s Bernalillo horrible. Stood there 15 minutes nobody no it was hostess and staff kept walking past us not offering to seat us. They always have poor service but today was icing on the cake
