I’m reviewing this as we patiently wait for the bill. As soon as we walked in the male Bartender was RUDE. That should been our red flag to leave. We were finally addressed by a waitress who was kind, but seemed to be in a hurry. We ordered the 6 ounce steak. My o my — what a disaster! It took over 20 minutes to get our order and when we did…the steak was as tough as could possibly be!! There were parts we could not even eat. We wanted something else, but didn’t even know which waitress was ours. Never again…This Applebees is a definite No on our list next time we go thru Bernalillo!

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing service we received from Lisa during our visit 🙌. She went above and beyond to make sure my little brother and I had a memorable experience 💖. She was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed 😊.
One of the sweetest moments was when she surprised my little brother with a soda 🥤 topped with whipped cream and a cherry 🍒 — he was so excited 🤩, and it’s something he won’t forget. It turned a regular dinner into a special memory for both of us ✨.
Lisa’s kindness, energy, and dedication really shine through 🌟, and I honestly think her manager, Alex, should recognize her with a promotion 📈👏. She’s working hard not just for Applebee’s, but for the community too ❤️.
