“A few things that make Kaktus Brewing Company stand out: It's a relaxed atmosphere, filled with friendly people, and the food is excellent. All of which are great. However, one item which does make them distinctive vs other similar establishments in the area. That item is the music. People who go to Kaktus are there to actually see and hear music, and pay ATTENTION, not chatter away inanely regarding items that have no importance to what's happening at that moment. Kudos to Dana Koller for creating, supporting, and fostering such a scene. It's so refreshing, and I wish more brewpubs would do the same!”

“Loved Ruby’s. The food was great and very reasonable. We stopped for lunch while on a road trip and wanted authentic New Mexico food. This place was exactly what we wanted! The staff was so friendly too. I would recommend this place. Only drawback is that there are only 3 tables inside to sit. Fortunately, all the local patrons either ordered their their food in advance for pickup, or did take out.”

“The owner is super friendly! My family, we love to come whenever we can. We ordered tripitas tacos barbacoa tacos and a Cuban cake that I recommend trying!! The vegetables in the cake are very fresh and very good portions!”

“I’ve eaten at almost all the Sanchez locations and I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 6 years and believe me when I say that this location is the best. The ingredients are always fresh and it’s prepared quick and you can’t get better food from a truck in bernalillo. I’ve been getting the asada quesadilla at least twice a week for the past two months. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“The menu is limited. I got the birria street tacos. Very small portions. There were 4 small crunchy tacos with a small ramikin of corn. The other half of the plate was tortilla chips. The salsa didn't have any heat but the birria broth was fire. I would have given all this 3 stars but the beer was great and the service was good.”

“Stop by to get some coffee on a long trip back from Durango and had to wait a couple minutes to see anybody. Coffee when we got it was delicious but can't really say too much else about the place. Needed to be cleaned up a bit and as soon as our order was given to us the people disappeared again.”

“Since this opened, this is probably my favorite coffee place in Bernalillo. I love their blended coffees, I feel like every flavor I have was excellent and delicious. I have only had one pastry. It was a spiced cake and it was yummy. A little overpriced for the size but the taste was good. My only complaint is I wish they were open later but i often crave a coffee after 9 pm!”

“I just wanted to say that I LOVE "my" Starbucks. I am there almost every morning, and my order is often displayed on the drive thru kiosk thingy the minute I pull up, without me even saying anything. Then, "Hi Janet, will you be having any breakfast or snacks for later?" Always cheerful, always happy. It's funny when I take my husband's car, or when he is the one ordering - then they are like "Janet??".

You already had my heart with my Java Chip Frappuccino, but I go to THIS Starbucks for the team. I pass others on my way to work, but Mary and her team are the best ever.”
