Tomboy Tako is a renowned food truck in the area, specializing in delectable Birria tacos. The tacos are praised for their tender, juicy meat and flavorful accompaniments, including consommé and a selection of salsas. However, the elote (Mexican-style grilled corn) is reported to be subpar, with a watery and unsatisfying presentation. While the convenience of the food truck is appreciated, some customers prefer the more comfortable dining experience of nearby restaurants offering comparable Birria dishes. Overall, Tomboy Tako is a popular destination for those seeking an exceptional taco experience.
