I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked if I could purchase just a small side of turkey for my dog. Instead of accommodating such a simple, reasonable request, the employee insisted the only way was to charge me for an entire sandwich, which made no sense. What made the situation even more frustrating was the inconsistency — moments later, the same employee handed out free cookies to another customer without hesitation.

Subway, a restaurant located in Bernalillo, offers sandwiches that customers have described as good. However, some reviews mention issues such as rude staff, particularly at the counter, and problems with payment, including not accepting bills over $20. The restrooms' doors were found to be locked, causing inconvenience to some customers. The service speed has been criticized as slow, with often only one person working the counter. On a positive note, some customers have praised the kindness and care provided by certain employees, such as Elias and Marilyn, stating they would only return when these team members are working.
