Placed an online order To be picked up at 6 PM. Employee Said they were waiting on one item. A lobby full of people got their order before me so I went back to the counter and she looked at me and asked if I was waiting for something… suddenly, they were waiting on a different item from my order. Didn’t get my food until 6:20
Sometimes the food is even ready and they run out. Takes a while for food and service when there’s a few people in line since there’s only 2-3 people working.
