“Updated review for our drive-thru experience on 1 Feb 2026 - what a huge change! We were missing the two cheeseburgers from our #9 and went back through the drive-thru to let them know. We got home and discovered that, not only did they write an apology on our ticket, they also threw in an apple pie! I was happy with just the apology, but they went above and beyond. The food was hot and made well, too! Very pleased with this location, thank you for the great dinner and customer service!

Original review - 14 Nov 2023 - we came through the drive-thru about 2115. The service was bad from the speaker and beyond, but got even worse when they gave us the completely wrong order and my significant other had to pull up to go inside and address the issue. No apology, no offer to keep the wrong food, and no regard for their JOB. They were blasting music and laughing like they were at a party and not working.

To make matters worse, when we got home, the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich was just thrown together, had no sauce, and had overdone/old chicken. The nuggets were clearly old. The fries were fine.

Worst experience at this location, ever. DO BETTER.“

“Panda Express is always good. In my experience. I got to eat healthy for a reasonable price. The servers gave a very generous amount on our plate of fried rice with two sides. I definitely recommend this place. The indoor vibe is great and take home and to go are easy to get.“

“Haven't had Church's in 45 years but I remember it as being the best fried chicken I ever had. Just happened by one as we were driving out of Albuquerque on a visit from NYC, and the chicken here it was exactly as I remember and still the best ever -- flavorful, fresh, juicy, clean, hot, and crunchy! “I made a stop at this location last week, coming from Santa Fe to Abq - I picked up my order and cc when I got home, I noticed it was incorrect - called them and spoke to the manager/supervisor, Monique, she was very kind and very efficient - I could not go back that night, so she made sure, I could come back when I was able to - I went in today and she personally helped me - KFC give this young lady a raise and recognition!! I also want to say, give her team recognition as well, because they are very friendly and look like they are working very hard!“
