I want to give a big kudos to this McDonald’s for an excellent drive-thru experience! The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The employees were courteous, attentive, and genuinely personable, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
We’re just passing through from Texas, and it’s been a while since I’ve had this kind of personal and welcoming customer service. It really stood out and made a great impression....read full review

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a convenient dining experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that the food, such as burgers and fries, stays hot throughout the meal. Many customers have noted that the employees here are very efficient, even serving a school athletics bus with 24 middle school football players and their staff quickly and successfully. While the iced tea could be stronger, the overall food quality is great, and the fries have received special praise, with some saying they got their money's worth. The restaurant has a large parking lot that accommodates buses and semi-trucks, making it a kid-friendly and accessible dining option. However, there have been instances of staff being slow to respond at the front counter, which can be frustrating. Despite this, McDonald's remains a favorite for many years, with fresh ingredients and a consistent taste that sets it apart from other locations. It is considered the best McDonald's in Albuquerque, New Mexico, especially for those who miss having one nearby in McIntosh. Additionally, there is wheelchair accessibility with a ramp available.
