Tonight we went into Baskin Robbins. The service was horrible for from the beginning he completely ignored us for several minutes never even said hello to us. The guy making the shakes we ordered had a completely rude demeanor. We ordered 2 shakes both of which were extremely watery in consistency. When we told him he said “well there is nothing I can do about it I made it how we are supposed to!” I’m extremely disgusted with the service here and this particular employee.
I placed an order through DoorDash and they dropped off 6 STALE donut holes lose in a bag not even properly boxed. The entire bag was thrown out and I was CHARGED $9.00!!! DoorDash refused to refund my account. I'm disgusted.
I went here at 6:30 p.m. today. I went through the drive-through, and everything I tried to order they were out of, and I ended up with a milkshake of what they had. It became apparent that the individual who was working was working by himself and stressed due to the amount of demand from clients waiting in the drive-through and inside.
