I go to Starbucks very often and the past two times I pay extra for the caramel drizzle and they aren’t putting in my drink. Yesterday, I noticed as the older lady handed it to me and then I mentioned it and she got frustrated and just put some on top and handed it back without saying a word. And then again today my best friend ordered me one and they again didn’t put it in my drink. The Starbucks in Bernalillo at 550 & NM 313 is the best. The customer service is outstanding. The workers were so kind and the service was much faster than any other Starbucks. The ladies were so kind and a barista wrote down “ur amazing.” The order ahead feature on the Starbucks app lets customers skip the lines and earn points toward free coffee and pastries. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, and individual restrooms with plenty of space are available.
