“We came in tonight not realizing they were closing (we hate being those people) but the staff told us to take our time with eating, despite they were closing. They also allowed others to come into the lobby after they were starting to lock up. That alone shows their customer service skills! Great job Bernalillo Baskin Robbins!“

“Excellent location in Uptown. Parking can be a challenge. Very clean atmosphere. A few tables to sit down and enjoy your donuts and coffee. I was greeted by who I think was the owner who quickly took my order. I always judge a donut's quality by ordering a plain, cake donut and this one met my expectations. Large, crispy yet fluffy and tasty. Nothing to confuse my pallet. I also ordered a large mocha coffee. Loved the paper cup it was served in! I took mine with 2% milk. Another excellent choice! Reasonably priced. Go ahead and stop by sometime soon.“

“This is a Starbucks inside sandia casino. Nothing special. So even if Starbucks is closed they remain open. This was the only coffee shop I found open on Christmas Day so that’s the bright side. Reduce your expectations to Starbucks level and you won’t be disappointed.I did roam around having trouble finding this place but don’t be like me and just ask the security as soon as you enter if you’re going here just for coffee.“

“I put in an online order. Everyone was very welcoming in the store. Logan was so nice and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. I had a large order that was going to different places. I was so thankful he took the time to make sure we got each box labeled correctly. I will be returning and recommending this location to others.“

“I’ll probably jinx it by saying this, but we’ve had zero problems with this Dunkin’. Great donuts (love the coffee rolls), sandwiches & snacks. We only use their app to place orders… maybe that helps?We haven’t tried the coffee yet (we always get items to take home so we can enjoy our own coffee), but we’ll try some soon!
