We host quite a few events at work, and Rise and Roast has become our go to for crowd‑pleasing donuts and coffee and they never disappoint. The donuts are consistently fresh, creative, and downright delicious (they disappear fast every single time), and the coffee is the perfect pairing to keep everyone happy and energized. What truly sets them apart, though, is the service. Ian always delivers promptly even on short notice and does so with a smile and a great attitude. That kind of reliability is priceless. On the occasions when I’ve picked up orders myself, the entire team has been incredibly gracious, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for amazing donuts, great coffee, and top notch customer service, Rise and Roast is the place. “I’ll probably jinx it by saying this, but we’ve had zero problems with this Dunkin’. Great donuts (love the coffee rolls), sandwiches & snacks. We only use their app to place orders… maybe that helps?We haven’t tried the coffee yet (we always get items to take home so we can enjoy our own coffee), but we’ll try some soon! Should I cross my fingers as I post this? ?“

“I like this place. great donuts to be honest. I'm also a lowly Grubhub driver. just would also like to point out the coffee cups suck. I'm assuming you are all the same chain.. maybe not. the cups they use at the heights location leak after 5 minutes. burnt my hands more than once. I pointed this out today and was told that I shake the cup too much. shook it while I was there and NO leaks. after 5 minutes or so of travel, the paper warps or gets soggy or something and they leak with barely any jostle whatsoever. just a heads up. I'm assuming you all use the same paper product at all your stores.“

“4 stars ⭐ Krispy Kreme was huge when it first came to Albuquerque, then went away for a little while, then came back in full force. We took a tour here back when it first opened and got to see how they glaze the donuts (have to have that magic touch ;) ), ate our own glazed donut, and got to decorate our own special Krispy Kreme hat. They do a lot of outreach for the kids. You were the most popular kid in class if you brought in donuts right before a test. Don't get me wrong the regular glazed donuts are good, but I need something more. I like the special shapes and the cookies and the stuffed things. I wish they would bring back the java chip with that chocolate flavored stuffing, that cool java icing, and whipped cream and a cherry on top (just kidding, those were chocolate chips)“
