Tonight we went into Baskin Robbins. The service was horrible for from the beginning he completely ignored us for several minutes never even said hello to us. The guy making the shakes we ordered had a completely rude demeanor. We ordered 2 shakes both of which were extremely watery in consistency. When we told him he said “well there is nothing I can do about it I made it how we are supposed to!” I’m extremely disgusted with the service here and this particular employee.

I placed an order through DoorDash and they dropped off 6 STALE donut holes lose in a bag not even properly boxed. The entire bag was thrown out and I was CHARGED $9.00!!! DoorDash refused to refund my account. I'm disgusted.

I went here at 6:30 p.m. today. I went through the drive-through, and everything I tried to order they were out of, and I ended up with a milkshake of what they had. It became apparent that the individual who was working was working by himself and stressed due to the amount of demand from clients waiting in the drive-through and inside. Multiple reviews have complaints of there only being one person working. Honestly, this is a huge indicator of poor management. You are a huge brand but “can’t” pay another individual minimum to average wage to help.Thank you to the employee who is trying his best. Sorry your leadership team doesn’t provide the support you need.

The doughnuts are always old and I've gotten some that are slimy on the bottom from age. They keep them till they seek with zero quality control. We've gone in only to find "whatever's left, so pick from that". Nooo thanks.... Some of the workers are nice don't get me wrong but a few are so rude and the place is just so subpar. Literally anywhere else will be better hands down freshness wise as everything here sits till it's sold. It is the worst Dunkin I have ever seen. Total bummer as it's the closest to me but no way. Oh and the ice cream is often half stocked or being cleaned and not being sold- like on a Saturday night... gosh if they don't close I'll be shocked.

We came in tonight not realizing they were closing (we hate being those people) but the staff told us to take our time with eating, despite they were closing. They also allowed others to come into the lobby after they were starting to lock up. That alone shows their customer service skills! Great job Bernalillo Baskin Robbins!
The Baskin Robbins side of the store ice cream section is worthless. I've written a bad review about them in the past and the manager contacted me and told me things would be straightened out that has not happened. I was in two weeks ago and the door was locked at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and they were totally closed, I went this week and again no waffle cones so they could not make ice cream cones at 12:30 in the afternoon. I know from my previous experience I was told the waffle cones are made in the morning before they open that obviously did not happen yet again. extremely poor management.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was verbally assaulted by the store manager. I ordered a quart of ice cream and they handed it to me. The tub had ice cream all over and it got on my hands. I asked them to wipe it and put it in a bag. He opened the window and the girl was laughing. I asked if she thought it was funny. He screamed I'm the manager and slammed the window closed. He then ran out the front door screaming he was calling the police because I harassed his employees. I have a picture of him. I hope they have it all on their video. He was unhinged. I will not be back and will be reporting to corporate office

Middle of the day and lobby is closed. Do not stop here if your on the road and want to stop for ice cream. They won’t let you in. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location!

It’s really sad to see a business that has 3 different signs - hand made showing that their dining room is open but it’s closed. This happens frequently at this location [yes I took a picture) clearly today there are 2 people inside, and then go thru the drive thru and they don’t have the ice cream your looking for. Very disappointed.
