“My only complaint, the coleslaw tasted fishy, like literal fish. My husband even said it smelled odd. Pepsi was off too,tasted like Diet Pepsi? BUT I still gave 5 stars as this place was CLEAN, and the staff was super friendly and fast. We have had our bad experiences, so I'll take the good with some flaws. I would check the coleslaw date...I worked at KFC in my younger years and was promoted to assistant manager...so coleslaw in my day was made fresh in the mornings.....not sure why this coleslaw smelled and tasted odd. Also the biscuits were super hard? Biscuits are to be replaced with fresh biscuits at certain times throughout the shift....“

“The food is good but they don't have enough employees they only have one person usually in the front making sandwiches and cashiering. The atmosphere is too busy because it's the truck stop and Subway has become corporate. Long lines“

“We found the food properly prepared as to KFC standards, so pleased in that aspect. Quite a few dirty tables, so had to search for the "cleanest" table. There was a disagreement between a customer and an employee while we ate. The employee was dead wrong trying to make the customer take the box of food that was given to another customer, opened, then returned to the counter. Employee argued with the customer it was just a mistake, and he needed to take the food. Customer stood his ground. Finally KFC relented and gave customer a fresh order. I've worked in many restaurants in the past, traveled throughout the US, and never have seen this.“

“The gentlemen at the drive through window make my day! Professional, friendly and so helpful. It's so refreshing to get such stellar customer service these days. Food is great for a fast food chain. My son and I love stopping by after soccer practice for a special treat. Good job hiring awesome staff!!“

“For my first order when I went there.Waited for about thirty minutes .most of the stalls don't work.The one that did work No one responded and I waited for a little bit , so I went in They didn't even see the order that they were supposed to accept, they weren't even that busy . He told me it was just him doing everything I apologized and told him where I was going to be parking when he came out ,I can tell he was upset , so I didn't say nothing to him. The second time I had an order to go there.It was almost over 30 Minutes maybe even an hour, there was just one vehicle in front of me when I went to the window.I patiently waited , but it was taking too long. I knocked on the window, one of the workers looked at me and looked away.I waited a little longer too knock again when I did , The boy came to the window.He was the one with my first order.He screamed !!! at me and told me not to be knocking at his window. I did raise my voice back to him ,and told him not to be yelling at me.He slammed the window.I can hear Someone yelling at him the manager . I thought that was good to tell him not to do that But really he shouldn't be yelling at him either to talk to him in a reasonable voice . then the one that was yelling at his employee boy / man open up the window starting yelling at me as well .and told him not to be yelling at me . i've been waiting here forever I said . He just went off on me called me me a t*** he is the manager there that should not be acting this way.He should be a role model .he also told that boy to take a picture of my license plate ..I've seen this manager before there .He's been there for a long while.This sonic in Edgewood New Mexico has always been awful.I guess the owner does not care.They are always lacking people, and I'm pretty sure because of this manager.No one wants to work with someone like that.The only people that work with him is the people that act like that manager but I don't think he is fit for a job . I will also be praying for him and for me to have forgiveness for him .he must be going through some mental problems but he does not need a job while he is going through whatever he is going through. I found a number to complain too , but I really don't think they care as well as the owner not caring . Because I read the reviews and they are very similar to mine this has been going on forever .“

“I was just passing by to get a quick snack for my and my dog on your way to Wisconsin. My whole experience was amazing the lady on the drive through was nice and she liked my dog in sitting in the passenger seat in his booster seat and offered us a pup cup for him. I didn't know arbys had pup cups I had already ordered a chicken sandwich for him so this was a very nice surprise. Im now an arbys fan and will be returning very often. THANK YOU GUYS!!!“
