Update: I deleted my previous review. I did get a call from corporate and all of the issues were addressed.
The majority of the time this location is amazing. There are a select few that make the environment there uncomfortable. I am told they are retraining people to hopefully fix the problems. Thank you!

Food is always great. The kids who served us was very attentive. Its always a bit too cool inside but thats just personal preference.
