We were greeted through the speaker with amazing customer service. At the window after paying, my granddaughter mentioned that she really liked his positivity. He had us pull around to bring out our food and my granddaughter wanted me to tell him how we appreciate his attitude and energy. He brought our food out quickly and continued to exude friendly and cheerful service. He provided the best service and attitude I’ve received from an employee at any business that I can ever recall. “My husband and I stopped in after not being to a Pizza Hut in quite some time. We weren’t sure what to expect, but gave it a shot.
We were next door due to an issue with our truck.
We had our dog with us and we were super hungry so we went in and spoke with Mark at the front.
No joke, Mark was amazing! I don’t like stringy cheese so my husband got a pizza and Mark made some awesome recommendations for me personally. He was so on point he even asked if the seasoning would be to my liking, and it was so perfect! Here I thought I was just gonna get some bread sticks and he totally sold us on the veggie pasta. He was kind to our dog and was very respectful and able to relate to us.
I gotta say It was the best part of our long day. We felt relaxed and didn’t wait too long at all.
We had such a hard time and car trouble isnt fun. We really enjoyed our food and we will come back again.
Other employees were on it with keeping the “hut” clean and made my order exactly how Mark had described. Mark made sure they understood and didn’t put shredded cheese on my pasta and hooked up the veggies.

The drive-thru line usually moves at a steady pace, even during the busy lunch rush, and the staff at the window are always polite and friendly. My order is almost always accurate, the food is hot, and they actually remember to put the hot sauce packets in the bag. It is a clean, well-managed location that is great for a fast bite when you are on the move around Rio Rancho.“

It's always clean, service is always excellent, and the Michael (I believe he's the manager) is always very friendly, nice and takes care of things.

As a business owner, I recognize good leadership..clearly this location has excellent leadership. The staff are all in good spirits all the time and everything is done wonderfully.

Bottom line, somebody give these people a raise!“
