“I went to the store in person two days before an event to special-order four custom sandwich platters. The service was great (Gary, Sam, and at least three other employees), and everyone paid attention to the details of my special requests. The boxes were perpared accurately, conveniently labeled, and ready on time and kept cold before the event. They even carried them to my car. Subway made it really stress-free to provide a meal for a large group!“

“I'm not sure what the business model is these days. I visited the Los Alamos Sonic around 10 on a Friday night. They said it was a 20-30 minute wait to place an order, due to the online orders. I was on lunch break. No time to wait. Tried my luck the following Thursday night around 9 pm. Same thing. So what's the deal. On-site ordering a thing of the past? It's obvious they don't have enough employees to cover the work. They sound unhappy, stressed and frustrated for constantly apologizing for the long wait times and inability to provide service.“

“This is an excellent McDonald's. It's very clean and the property is well managed. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. The food is typical McDonald's food but done well and fresh. I would recommend this resturant.“
