“My granddaughter and I stopped in the drive through on Unser today around 3:45. It was after a few errands and I know I was getting irritable. We were greeted through the speaker with amazing customer service. At the window after paying, my granddaughter mentioned that she really liked his positivity. He had us pull around to bring out our food and my granddaughter wanted me to tell him how we appreciate his attitude and energy. He brought our food out quickly and continued to exude friendly and cheerful service. He provided the best service and attitude I’ve received from an employee at any business that I can ever recall. We thought we’d use Facebook to show our appreciation and hope he gets recognition from his manager. The receipt showed the name Zachary. Thanks again, Zachary!!“

...but THIS Whataburger is the BEST!
It's always clean, service is always excellent, and the Michael (I believe he's the manager) is always very friendly, nice and takes care of things.
As a business owner, I recognize good leadership..clearly this location has excellent leadership. The staff are all in good spirits all the time and everything is done wonderfully.
Bottom line, somebody give these people a raise!“

“The hubbie just went to this location for the first time. He said it's the best Blake's he's been to in a long time, and a compliment from him is something to be said! He got a double patty itsa burger & a chile cheese dog. The burger was like a gourment burger & the dog was HUGE & delicious! If he had no complaints, then I know it must've been good! I might drive over after work just because he was so impressed!“

“We always stop by Bobs whenever we feel like adding spice and yummy to our fries and burgers. Chili is always great, hot and yummy. And we would like to give a special thanks to Augustine in the drive thru for his great customer service and respect. We hope to see him again, thank you for taking the time to count out my $5 in change and speak to us in a very respectful manner, and not to mention a THANK YOU, with a SMILE. You don't get that often now a days, even from the younger generation, and we appreciate it.“

“My wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and immediately got a table. Our waitress (Tess) was superb! Attentive, friendly, and knew her job well. The food was good and this location is a nice place in the neighborhood to get lunch, dinner, or even just appetizers and/or a drink. If you want good food served by a great staff, in a nice atmosphere, give this Applebee's location a try.“

“The place wasn't busy yet, but the employees were busy doing their stuff for the drive up. My server was really nice and gracious. Place was clean which is nice.
The food was delicious as usual. Fries crispy. Chicken nuggets crispy but moist. This place is really great.“

Friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything is just right, she turns an ordinary meal into a genuinely pleasant experience. “Of all the surrounding McDonald’s, this is by far the best one. Sometimes my fries aren’t fresh (which can be expected from time to time) but they have never got my order wrong at this location! Also, to whoever made my mcflurries tonight, thank you & I love you 🥰😉 great work yall! Keep it up“
