Ordered our food as meals with Large Chocolate covered Strawberry shakes and Large Chilli Cheese Tots. The shakes wasn't what they're supposed to be. The Chile cheese tots were a medium size not a larg like what we ordered. The employee's was to damn busy goofing off with their friends in the stall next to us. Seriously terrible Sonic! Ordered two burgers, waited 20 minutes and they came out literally ice cold. We sent them back and the new burgers came back the same. Pretty sure they just sent us our same burgers back. We ate them because we are hungry on a long road trip (and because we paid $30) but we will never stop at this location again. Someone else on these reviews said it’s been bad for 10 years. Really Sonic? This location is damaging your brand cred!

Love the drinks here and the milkshakes, but the service was terrible.. they charged us with 4 drinks when we clearly said 3 drinks.. they kept telling us to repeat, and they kept giving us a dirty look just because we told them that we ordered 3 instead of 4.. they are rude.. but only one lady who helped us mostly.
