Someone else needs to learn how to do inventory cause they never have any ingredients. We always have to go with our 3rd choice. All these reviews are bad and yet nothing has been done to fix these issues. They need better management!

What the heck! Who's the manager! Those poor teenagers at the serving windows don't have the ingredients the need for ANTHING... tried to order a hot fudge sundae: no fudge, fine, but no vanilla ice cream? How about a pistachio ice cream...nope nada! Then you could be making boo-boo box, but it is managed very very poorly

This is the worst Baskin location. And I disappoint myself every time I give them another chance. Like once or twice a year. They never have everything to make a whole dessert. My sad banana split is just horrible without the toppings lol Ugh such disappointment. And it's always dirty inside.

About once a summer we try this place for ice cream. In the last 5 years we’ve never had a great experience. Tonight I will say the young man working was pleasant which was a first, but 20 minutes to wait for one car ahead of us and to get 3 cups each with 1 scoop of ice cream is just too much. Sonic is down the road…

Every time we go here, we go away upset about something—either the pitiful selection, the fact that they close early, or the poorly trained staff! First they say they’re open until 10:00, but they lock their doors much earlier so you have to order through the drive through. Both donuts and ice cream in tubs are something you need to see!! Therefore over the intercom you have to inquire about what they have because you can’t see the product, and then they tell you they’re out or it’s been discontinued until you finally land on some choice that they have!!

Came for a snack at 910pm store hours stated closes at 10pm we arrived doors were locked and the employees 2 young boys and 1 female were standing outside by the drive thru horseplaying and throwing artillery shells less then 100 ft. away from residents and other stores when they should be inside doing the job they were hired to, someone could have got hurt. Kids these days for real. 😤

There seems to be a common theme here, always out of product and extremely rude employees. You applied for the job why are you upset I’m asking what flavors you have because all the flavors I’m interested in are out? Whoever is in charge of ordering ice cream and making sure it’s stocked needs to do better .

No bananas for banana split, all the buckets for ice cream were empty, ice freezer has no cakes or containers of ice cream, it was flat empty! If I were Baskin Robbin’s I would pull my franchise, they are giving you a bad name. Don’t think I have ever been to a Baskin Robbin’s that was all out of ice cream!
It is exactly how all the 1* reviewer's are saying it is. Rude, slow, no customer service. Felt bad for the line that was growing behind me. Even after my party of 5 ate our ice cream and donuts they had yet to be serviced. If I could I would have gave them a zero stars.

Baskin-Robbins sucks they didn't have the bananas for the Banana Split they didn't have the strawberry for the strawberry they were out of everything. The three girls were really nice but they got upset with me because they didn't have any of the ingredients to make what we wanted. I went across the street to Tropicana to get my banana splits. Don't go to Baskin-Robbins they have horrible management.

The girl working tonight was very rude. Out of a lot of items. Plus she got my double scoop ice-cream wrong. I asked for butter pecan and she gave me mint chocolate. I asked what Ice-cream it was and with a shitty attitude she's says mint. I told her I ordered butter pecan. She grabs the cone back looks at the computer and realized it said butter pecan. She closed window all pissed off. I drove away cause I didn't want her to spit in my cone or do something to my cone. So basically I paid for nothing. Tried doing a survey but couldn't cause the receipt numbers are faded. Very disappointed in this place.. they deserve 0 stars
