The girl working tonight was very rude. Out of a lot of items. Plus she got my double scoop ice-cream wrong. I asked for butter pecan and she gave me mint chocolate. I asked what Ice-cream it was and with a shitty attitude she's says mint. I told her I ordered butter pecan. She grabs the cone back looks at the computer and realized it said butter pecan. She closed window all pissed off. I drove away cause I didn't want her to spit in my cone or do something to my cone. So basically I paid for nothing. Tried doing a survey but couldn't cause the receipt numbers are faded. Very disappointed in this place.. they deserve 0 stars

This place is sad ? to say the least, will never go to it n I always go thinking it would get better but I’ve lost hope at this point! Get some freaking bananas! Get better service fire everyone there and train new people ones correctly!

Ordered 3 scoops of ice cream at drive-thru, we were asked to wait to at the front, 3 cars behind us got their orders and we still waited… then no spoons and my kids scoop all sad with no sprinkles or cherry. They went back to fix it and came back with barely any sprinkles. Bad service today!

Went to baskin robbins and they were out of almost everything. Including vanilla icecream. We tried ordering several different items on the menu and they just kept saying they were out. Also the location closes at 9pm but they locked the doors right before 7pm. Won’t be going back here.

Been to this place many times to get banana splits. It’s always disappointing. We keep trying hoping they will improve but this latest one was the worst . Ordered a banana split, asked what toppings they have available and was told “all of them” . Then I asked for hot fudge, marshmallow and strawberry. She said they didn’t have hot fudge or marshmallow. Only chocolate drizzle, strawberry and pineapple. So I said ok give me that with nuts and whip cream too. When we got our banana split it had chocolate with cream and mango on it. When I told her I couldn’t have mango because I am allergic to it. I told her we ordered pineapple and strawberry, she gave me a hateful look and told me that mango was the only fruit she had. I told her I couldn’t eat it and that she needed to make me a new one and she got angry about it. Come on Baskin Robbin’s, Do better!

Tonight we went into Baskin Robbins. The service was horrible for from the beginning he completely ignored us for several minutes never even said hello to us. The guy making the shakes we ordered had a completely rude demeanor. We ordered 2 shakes both of which were extremely watery in consistency. When we told him he said “well there is nothing I can do about it I made it how we are supposed to!” I’m extremely disgusted with the service here and this particular employee.

I went here at 6:30 p.m. today. I went through the drive-through, and everything I tried to order they were out of, and I ended up with a milkshake of what they had. It became apparent that the individual who was working was working by himself and stressed due to the amount of demand from clients waiting in the drive-through and inside. Multiple reviews have complaints of there only being one person working. Honestly, this is a huge indicator of poor management. You are a huge brand but “can’t” pay another individual minimum to average wage to help.Thank you to the employee who is trying his best. Sorry your leadership team doesn’t provide the support you need.

Come on BR in Bernalillo. Order some bananas for your splits. Have at least two competent workers on for one shift. I want my money back!
