I arrived at drive through before 8:30. Lady on drive through was rude. Stated they had no burritos because there was only 3 people working. Requested a peach shake and was told they cleaned the shake machine so they couldn’t provide me with my order. This Lora burger closes at 10pm and shake machine was cleaned and hour and a half early??

After waiting 30 min. Our food was cold. Hamburger not even warm, Chicken sandwich was two tiny cold burnt tenders on a bun. We couldn't eat it. French fries may have been good if they were at all warm. The soft drinks had no carbonation, and when I asked about it, they said they knew it, but couldn't fix it, but they would exchange for tea (which was not great) . We have eaten at Blakes many times, and liked Blakes food in the past, but I'm sorry to say this was the worst meal we've ever had. We were traveling through and did not realize our food was so bad until we were driving on the road, and we could not go back for a refund of our $20.

The customer service at the window is beyond bad. Not only from the old lady with the short hair but also the young lady today her name is Alyssa. I understand when it’s busy but today was not busy at all i or ordered my food on the app and all. The first thing she said is I don’t have an order even when I pulled out my receipt she failed to even acknowledge the receipt that I had and proceed lead to rudely ask what my phone number was and when I gave her the phone number she says I’ll be right back I went and got my order when I asked for her name she changed her whole attitude and with the lady that’s there in the mornings the older lady with the short hair she is constantly very rude and makes people wait even if there’s not a line and says there’s a 30 minute wait when it’s always been less than 15 minutes every time that she has said that. I’ve lived in this area my whole life and have never had this kind of customer service till they opened this new Blakes. I hope this gets to the right people.

Good food, staff is nice. the wait is kinda long. last visit I waited about 7 minutes before someone acknowledged me, another 3 minutes before they took my order. over all 25 minutes before I got my burger and fries. So 4 stars for good food, but less for wait times.

The food was just okay. I expected something great but it was a regular burger with a little green chilis. Seasoned fries and onion rings were good. The lady that took the order seemed to hate her job and was not courteous.

I understand cooked to order but the burgers dropped first and sat in bin waiting for fries for another 10 minutes and then got everything after 20 minutes. Only one family in restaurant and drive thru not busy. I would recommend counter explain delay on items and try to at least serve what’s ready while it’s hot. Reading thru other reviews it seems cold food is an issue. Timing orders I would bet with different cook times. (Date on receipt right but not time. We ordered and paid at 6:35 pm or 18:35)

Food was good. Service is unbelievably slow, one of the slowest fast food joints I’ve ever been to. Not sure how the other locations are, but I will not be waiting 45 minutes for a burger. FYI we ordered inside, the drive-thru may be quicker.

Ordered online for two burritos thinking it was going to be quicker than ordering through the drive-thru or inside.It took us 45 minutes to receive our food. It seems that they have the staff but some of them looked clueless. There was also more people waiting inside for their food rather than actually eating.Lastly, the burrito wasn’t bad but the tortilla tasted like it was overheated and dried which killed the vibe for me.Corporate needs to step in and do something because all we seem to see is frustration within customers.

We ate here last year, when driving thru, and remember it being good.We started worrying when a lady who was already waiting said she waited 35 minutes for her order. I thought surely she's exaggerating. . . as it approached 25 minutes since we had placed our order, we watched 3 other people, who had received their orders, take them back up to the counter for corrections. Not a good sign.35 minutes from placing our order, it was finally ready - and hoping it was worth it! NOT! The burgers were cold! My husband couldn't even finish his. The bottom of the bun on mine was hard - indicating it had been on a warmer too long, except that it was cold!Never again!

Ordered breakfast burritos on the app. It said the food would be ready in 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later we had to leave without our food due to a time conflict. They are way too understaffed at that location to handle the volume. It was 10am on a Friday and the drive through line was super long and there were tons of people waiting a long time for their food inside as well. The employee I spoke to said that I could have ordered 2 hours early and it still wouldn’t be ready until it was “my turn”. ? I won’t be giving this location a visit for breakfast again. I will just go down the road a couple of blocks to Twisters who had our breakfast burritos in 8 minutes.

The cheese wouldn’t even melt it was so cold the tortilla was dry and cracked.It’s like they just don’t care. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed.Whoever the cook is you should get a job that you care about because this was just terrible.Just drive past this place there are better places that won’t steal your money
