Stopped here a few months ago between my daughter’s soccer games. We waited over 30 minutes for the food, but it never came. We asked for the manager how much longer, and she said it would be a lot longer, so we asked for whatever they had ready for our order because we had to leave. Got about 25% of everybody’s food and left. Very frustrating.
Took a chance and went there again this morning to get breakfast burritos at 10:05. By 10:50, our breakfast burritos still hadn’t been made, and we had to leave. Nobody was available to refund our money. Something is very broken at this location.
Horrible service the employees are always extremely rude food takes 30 minutes to get to you in the drive through burgers are always raw in the center. Employees always rush you in the drive through and arent kind at all

I don’t normally walk away from a fast-food spot feeling impressed enough to write a review, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, which already set it apart from the usual “grab it and go” vibe. The team working behind the counter had genuine smiles, greeted me right away, and made me feel like more than just another order number.
The service was quick, but not rushed. My order was taken accurately, and the staff were patient enough to answer a couple of questions without making me feel like I was holding up the line. When my food came out, everything was fresh, hot, and neatly put together—not the sloppy wrap or smashed burger you sometimes expect at fast-food places.
What stood out the most, though, was the level of customer service. One of the employees came to check on tables, asked if everyone had what they needed, and even offered to grab extra condiments or napkins. That’s something I’ve honestly never experienced at a fast-food chain, and it made the whole meal feel like a step above the usual.
The restaurant itself was spotless: tables wiped down, trash emptied, restrooms clean, and floors swept. You could tell the staff actually cared about keeping the place nice for customers. Even during the busy lunch rush, they moved efficiently, and no one was left waiting too long.
Overall, I walked out not only satisfied with my meal but impressed by the way this location is run. Great food is one thing, but great service is what makes people come back, and this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for fast food that actually feels like it’s made with care.

This location is struggling compared to other locations I frequent. My order was put in wrong, corrected then I was told a 25 minute (at 10am on a Friday) wait for one burrito and one coffee. Very simple order. In waiting in the parking lot I saw them come out several times seemingly messing up everyone’s order. The poor guy next to me had them mess up his order 3 times. They came to me several times with the wrong order seemingly looking lost as to who placed what order. I’m sure they are throwing away tons of screwed up order or just rebagging it inside. I will not come back to this location as it seems poorly managed and operated. Blake’s as a company you need to do something about this branch as it is hurting your brand.
How is this place even still running ? Worst service and food
The burgers were great. No complaints. Fast service. Alex was kind and helpful when taking our order. It was really cold inside so we sat outside. I’m not sure what’s up with the music choices. I have “Nasty Boys” by Janet Jackson stuck in my head. Idk who would want to hear the word “nasty” repeated 600 times when eating food so maybe reconsider that song in the mix.

Not surprised to see how many stars this store has at all. I'm not basing this off of one or two experiences. I've lived in this area now for 3 months. I really do enjoy Blake's food but I would recommend not coming to this location. Management always seems like they're having a bad day which reflects onto the staff and the wait times are absolutely absurd.

Over 30 minute wait time. Previous 3 orders were all wrong. One of the burgers that was given to another customer was the wrong burger. It was opened and handled by the customer and the cashier. It was re-wrapped and then given to me in my order. By the time I was given my order, the food was cold and should have never been served after being touched. I ate it anyway because I was starving and just wanted to get out of there.

Ordered three burritos this morning for breakfast and we were so disappointed. The burritos were beyond dry….was maybe a drop of chile if that. It was like they were from yesterday or something, They were terrible.
