Food is always hit and miss. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad, it's REALLY bad. Rarely get orders right and take 40+ min to bring you the food you ordered for pick up 15min before only to have to order completely wrong.

Last time coming to a Blakes, first they shrink the lota burger. So I have only eaten breakfast since. Now they charged me extra for crispy hasbrowns. They should already come this way. Then the hasbrowns weren't crispy. I'm done!

Not exactly the "N.M. style green chili Lota burger," I've been craving while living out-of-state.
Waiting in the drive-thru to place your order & receiving your meal... takes more wait time than usual.
Once you receive your meal, it's soggy and very greasey to even try to eat due to the burger falling apart & tastes like a knockoff version of Blake's.
I didn't even TRY to finish my meal. No thanks. At least the beverage still lives up to its standard. ? For $15? No thanks. Not worth it.
