Bosque Brewery offers a solid experience, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The hummus platter was a highlight—tasty and well-portioned—while the beer selection was well-executed across the board. However, the atmosphere fell a bit flat. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly engaging, which made the experience feel a little impersonal.
The building itself looks great from the outside, but inside, there were noticeable signs of lack of attention to upkeep. Given that Bosque has been around for a while and has multiple locations, I expected a bit more polish. Overall, it was a decent visit, but it didn’t quite leave the lasting impression I had hoped for.

Before coming to Bosque we had went to The Block and we were super disappointed. We came to Bosque and we had the best experience! The waitress was amazing super sweet and helpful! The food and beer was amazing as well.

The birria beef sandwich didn't have the Lima sauce, it was some spicy stuff. Pretty gross, was not given the salad you get with the lunchtime menu, wasn't even going to get beverage until I prompted the server. Wouldn't recommend.
After having a great experience on our first visit, the second visit was a one star visit! Sat at the bar, bartender was super nice and helpful. Took our drink order right away, took our food order a few minutes later and after 45 minutes still no food. After mentioning this to him several times he finally goes to the kitchen, brings out food that has been sitting for a LONG time. We bring this to his attention, offers to remake the order and we declined and just asked for our tab. It then takes him almost 10 more minutes to get our tab as has to go and speak with the manager who couldn’t be bothered to get off his barstool 20 feet away to speak with a customer who just had a bad experience…

Don't bring your kids here. Actually, don't even bring yourself here. The view is nice and the setup of the brewery/restaurant is well-thought out, but that is where anything good ends. The service was absolutely atrocious; the server was downright rude. We brought some kids over after a cold, rainy soccer game, and they were hanging out on the deserted deck area - there was literally no one else out there. The server told us that they could not be out there and had to stay seated at the table at all times. Um, what? I guess the solution is to turn kids into robots on devices in all public places. The place was not very crowded, and our extremely mediocre food still took forever. There are also basically no dietary restriction options, no gluten-free options, not even vegetarian option, and NO KIDS MENU - seriously. Just go somewhere else.
