Whenever we come in, the food is always amazing and arrives super quick. The bartender Johanna is always super attentive and checks on us constantly. We aren’t in constantly, but she remembers our orders each time she sees us. Awesome location

Malachi was our server and by far was one of the best. He was very tentative. Didn't make us wait and took our order immediately when we were ready. He got us everything we requested and always checked on us and others to make sure that we were happy. Malachi always had a smile on his face. Please give Malachi a raise

Walked in the door to a 15 to a 20 minute wait with 20+ open tables and several other groups waiting. Finally got to a table, on the Bar side, extremely noisy, but at least we got a table. Party of three with only two menus. Server took our drink order, two teas and a soda, but after 10 minutes, no drinks. A party of two that got their table while we were waiting for drinks, the same server we had, took their drink order and they got their drinks, two sodas, within one minute. We walked out. Terrible customer service. Guess Chili's didn't want our money...

We supported this place. Through slow service and all. Today your closing afternoon server was awful. I don’t write reviews. She argued with me that the garlic parm wings were red covered in spicy buffalo sauce lol. Like I’m an idiot. When I asked her what the red sauce was because she promised they were garlic parm she told me “I don’t know..taste them “. Which I had. Won’t be back. Trash
This has been our favorite Chili's for some years but that has changed as fresh slices of avocado have been replaced with some awful supermarket guaqamolie type stuff.

Today we had stopped by for dinner after a long time on the road. My youngest child has autism and is non verbal. As we walked in she saw there were balloons. She got super excited and overwhelmed. She ran towards them to grab. My husband and I panicked because we didn’t want to upset anyone. But the kind workers give her one. She was super excited and happy. The service was amazing and kind. Sometimes when we go out to eat we don’t get this type of service honestly people are not nice or just don’t understand when someone has a disability. But today we felt welcomed here and like I said everyone was so kind. We appreciate it so much! Thank you! You made my daughter’s night, she played with her balloon until it was bedtime.
