Terrible service! All young kids that are dumber than a bag of rocks, definitely would not recommend this place even if it was the last restaurant on the planet. If I could rate a zero star I most definitely would.

The service was great when we got there, but our server never returned after he took our order. We never got a refill or checked on. We paid on the machine and were never acknowledged. I put 2 stars because the people we did speak to were polite and I was in a good mood I guess 😆 Food was good but my food was luke warm.

On May 14th 2025 I met my sister and my parents for dinner our waitress was Chloe she is so polite what are Joy very attentive and always checking on you. Just wanted to give her a good review all 5 stars.

We have no idea how it stays open. After a long break due to feeling sick after eating sliders, tidy visit lasted about 10 minutes. The girl working the bar was too busy playing on her phone and eating than waiting on customers and it was slow. We just left as the food is not worth the aggravation and poor service. Shame on that manager for never improving the place.

After a long time, we returned to Chili's to try their new specials. They did not disappoint. Food was served fast and with care, and the service was phenomenal! Big thanks to our server, Alan, and the GM who came and gave us the last slice of cheesecake! We will definitely be back! The peanut butter pie was delicious too!!

This location has made great improvements. The smash burgers were so good. Cant beat the price either. Fresh ingedients. Amanda was our server, she was really sweet and noticed right away if we needed anything. Everything came out as ordered. My husband and I will be back to this location more this summer.

My wife and I frequent this location often as we work nearby. Today was amazing!!! After a long day at work, we wanted to grab a quick bite, Chloe was our server, AMAZING!! She was thr about 10 seconds after we sat down, offering a refreshing beverage as well as chips and salsa!!!...just an amazing server. Thank you Chili's for such a wonderful person and a great experience!!
