Always outstanding service, every waiter/waitress ALWAYS goes above and beyond this location outmatch anyone in the area. Food always comes out piping hot and if you are coming alone or with a group of people just know that you are in good hands 😉. Bonus review, Manager tends to walk around and asks each table how is the food which I find fantastic because they value their customers input and due diligence to make sure your meal is up to your standards for this type of chain restaurant. Will we be coming back? Always when payday hits to take out the whole fam-bam.

We ordered take out and ordered the pepper pals burger bites (no cheese). When we received our order the cooks made the burgers with cheese and instead of remaking the order they just “peeled off” the cheese. There was still cheese embedded in the patty and bun. This is a serious issue especially for people with allergies, in the case we have someone that is allergic to dairy and if wouldn’t have caught this he could have had an allergic reaction.

I usually grab my meal to go They get my online order ready quickly & let me know its ready via text. The deal is so much better burger for the $$ I rarely do fast food anymore when I can have Chili's for the same cost or less!

The manager at Chilis at enchanted hills his name is Isaac, he was very professional and knows his business by heart, we were 35 in our party and Isaac accommodated us all with a happy heart. The servers were excellent and the food was really great.

Went to pick up our online order only to get home with the Nashville mozzarella sticks container opened and had Nashville sauce spilled all over the rest of the food and containers 😡 they also forgot our queso. Now I know why the last time we ate at chilies was in April. Very disappointing and upsetting.
