We have been dining at Corn Maiden for years and will continue to do so. Outstanding food, service, and ambience. Really special place in a hidden gem of a resort. Worth the experience!

The food is delicious! The dishes were not standard but elevated. We had the buffalo tenderloin which was spiced to perfection and so tender. The service was excellent; we were not rushed. This restaurant is in a beautiful setting and perfect for watching the sunset. The interior is a warm, elegant Pueblo style. Corn Maiden is a perfect spot for a date night or special celebration.

Many gluten-free appetizers and entrees were available and they were FANTASTIC! There weren't any gluten-free desserts, though. What a disappointment!

We had Thanksgiving dinner at Corn Maiden. My husband had the Buffalo tenderloin which was very flavorful and tender. I had the turkey dinner which was very good. The turkey was moist and a good portion. Our service was timely and friendly. The squash soup appetizer was excellent with a nice sage flavor. We loved the building decor and outdoor surroundings.

Very disappointed, We had excellent holiday meals pre-covid at this Resort restaurant. Use to have carving stations with fresh roasted turkey and prime rib and more. This time only I entree selection per person with one bison steak, one turkey, one pork tenderloin. Turkey was cold and not from a freshly roasted turkey. Looked and tastes like if was from a turkey roll...Just awful. Doubtful we will ever return. Bison steak was not tasty and came with some sad looking potatoes,

Great meal and service. I had the blue corn duck enchiladas and my wife had charred cabbage dish. Both were nicely presented and delicious. The decor throughout the hotel and restaurant is a nice example of Pueblo architecture and art.

I enjoyed the food very much, I also liked the smaller dining rooms it feels more comfortable that way.

The food was good but the soup and steak were not as hot as we wanted them to be. Just warm, not hot

The food quality was pretty good but the chicken was so tiny it was embarrassing for the high price charged. I would say the overall experience was a bit better than last time however it was only a minor step higher than the fiasco we endured 6 months ago.

The buffalo tenderloin was amazing but was cold when I received it. Our waitress was nice, but not super friendly. Gave us a champagne toast for our anniversary which was nice! For a 5 star hotel is was good but not great.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the Corn Maiden. It has been ~9.5 years since we last visited, and we were not disappointed. Jordan was our waitress, and she performed at a high level, anticipating our needs. Her recommendations of the Hay Fire Chicken and Duck Leg Mole Enchiladas were on point. The atmosphere was a bit louder than what we remembered given some celebrations taking place, but it was good energy with great guests around us.

It was ok. Not worth the upcharge from the other restaurant on property. Wine came out way after mains and the service was mediocre. The lights are SO bright.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary here with my sister and her partner and we were so thrilled! The atmosphere, service, and food were top notch. I ordered the buffalo tenderloin which was cooked to perfection and very tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the wine and dessert were superb, and we left feeling satisfied and very happy. We will definitely return here if we stay at the Tamaya.

We love coming here for special occasions and fine dining. Overall, we rate it a 5 but did find the prices had risen significantly since our last visit. The location with the Sanidas as a backdrop makes it very warm and inviting. We highly recommend the Corn Maiden.

Amazing and unique food! The duck mole enchiladas and sea bass were excellent. Great cocktails too
