So I went on a Sunday morning. There was no one else in the drive-through. They still had me park and wait for seven minutes before I got my order. And then they got my order wrong. As well as having attitude about taking so long.

On a Saturday at 10:30pm, we ordered a cali chicken burrito and Carne Asada burrito meal. Both burritos were slightly below room tempature. We had to return the burritos and asked for a refund to avoid the possibility of food poisoning. The fries and drinks were good and the young lady at the window was very pleasant. The young lady was stressed as she hadn't ever done a refund before and had to call her manager.

I stopped by Del Taco on Tuesday night and had an awesome experience. The cashier working that evening was great, super friendly, fast, and provided excellent customer service. My order came out quickly, the food was fresh, and everything was spot on. Big thanks to him for making the visit such a positive one!
The cashier working drive thru Tuesday late night really accommodated us in a helpful and friendly way. They ran out of burgers, but different options were presented and everything came out fresh and good. Really impressed with the attitude, considering it was late night. This Del Taco is a great late night vibe

It made us super uncomfortable that the same employee who made our food was sitting in the dining room vaping during a break. I watched my food get prepared and noticed tomatoes put on the tacos I ordered without tomatoes. Those tacos were slid away so I couldn’t see them and then presented again with the rest of my food. I asked if they were the same tacos that first had tomatoes on them and was told no. They had tomato seeds in re-crumpled paper when I opened them, so I’m pretty sure the tomatoes were picked off 🫤 and they weren’t 100% honest… not horrible but I just really don’t like tomato stuff on anything and it would’ve been a small thing to just make new taco tacos instead. They were friendly enough all the same and the food was not bad. I would come back, but I hope a manager sees this and addresses what we experienced.

Should be ZERO stars for everything! We came here August 4th around 6:30 and there was no cars in the drive-thru and when we walked in, some girl was sitting at a booth smoking something. She immediately got up when she saw us and ran to the back of the kitchen leaving a lot of smoke in the dining area. She then started to handwash trays and never acknowledged our existence. We were the only customers in there. There was nobody at the counter and there was some guy sitting in the back starring at his phone and never looked up. Several minutes later we heard a voice saying sorry for the wait and to give them some more minutes. WHY? We waited several more minutes and nobody ever came to the counter, so we just left. It seemed like they may of had something suspicious going on and didn't care about customers. We will never come here again.

I was extremely excited to try del taco but I really should have gone anywhere else. I have never tasted a chicken so gross and mis flavored, so many seasoning with a taste of weeks old water in the chicken. For some reason the carnitas had the aroma of a beer, and taste almost as suck as well. The steak taco looked like beyond meat and the corn tortilla was still raw not warmed enough to be soft to fold it was cracking. Hoping for a good recommendation we asked the lady in the window she suggested the epic burrito and nothing else, I really should have taken that as a sign that over 20plus items on the menu and he safe go to was a ground beef burrito? Everything was absolutely underwhelming, a waste of time, and money. We even had to go all the way back because there was no chicken in the first quesadilla, which was for a kid. Nothing besides fries and beans and cheese was kid friendly either. We got extra fries trusting the sign that said best fries, no they were not. Idk if the oil was not changed or those fries did not get drained correctly but they tasted and felt like oil. My stomach hurts from trying any of this food. The best part was the hi c fruit punch, even the dr.pepper did not have syrup flavor only carbonation. I would love yo speak to a manger this was an extremely unpleasant experience! Everything was tasted an thrown out we could not stomach any of it!
