More than 10 minutes to make one simple coffee. Incredible. Need faster employees. Skinny blondie chick took for ever. Shes not a new employee so no excuses. Always the same problem at this location and or they run out of food.

Leaving a 5 star solely because of our great experience when Akbar yesterday. Finally a DD employee who knows how to go above and beyond. They were out of our flavor ice cream and he was so kind with offering our dog a pup cup that we ended up switching flavors when we were going to drive away. He is a keeper.

Got the wrong Breakfast sandwich & donuts. I was 50 miles from the store when I found the screw up! The only good thing was, they didn't screw up my coffee. Total Rating - FAIL!!

When are the owners going to read these reviews ? I guess never and that probably tells you why this place is probably the worst run small buisness in the state. They never have stuff you want to order and v if they do by chance but don’t count on it, it’s never made right or stale as can be. The franchise needs to look into this location and if they do they will shut them down as they should!!!! Don’t waste your time or money there, you”ll regret it as all of us do! Very sad ownership!

Disappointing, everytime we come here they never have the right donuts, say they are out of breakfast items before 11 and service is really slow. Traveling to ABQ now for donuts.

The service was nice and the person was quite pleasant. I was slightly surprised and frustrated because there was not a lot of availability of new or advertised products, well actually products in general. I would think that a business would plan better for such things

They have a high turnover with many days of no one even there in the morning. No reliability or confidence of even pulling into the drive thru. Many times the baker doesn't show up, so no donuts. The owners don't let the employees keep their tips.

We have stopped in 3 times this week. Only once has the lobby been opened. ITS THE BALLON FIESTA. We like going in a setting while we eat and drink our coffee we are not fans of the drive thru. Especially when it's 10 to15 cars deep. Not cool. Not sure what's been going on for the last year. But we wish they would get it together. We were so happy to hear there was a new manager. But it looks like they are still having the same issues. Sad 68% of the time the lobby is closed. They have lost our business. It's very upsetting.
