They open at 5am I walked over at 6.20, hoping to grab a quick take away donut. But the doors were locked. The staff saw me standing there, no acknowledgement whatsoever. All the while there’s a roaring trade in drive thrus. If that’s the way it is then put 5am cars only

Horrible. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired. They never have hot fudge, they take forever, and as I said they are horrible with inventory- CONSISTENTLY. Don’t bother going to this location if you want nice cream.

Abhorrent service. Took ages to serve the mere two cars ahead. Didn’t even remember our simple order, tried to charge and serve us for the car behind us’ order instead.
It took 3-4 repeats of our order to get through to the associate, they kept repeating it back to us wrong. It was literally one coffee with two additions to it, simple.

Have visited the Bernalillo store multiple times since it opened. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Store is clean. Donuts are fresh and excellent. Note: There are many more donut options inside the store than on the drive-through menu. Love using the DD App on my phone. Makes my purchase quick and easy.
They rarely have their lobby open so you’re forced to use the drive thru, and the drive thru is usually packed because they’re slow.

A great stop if you are bored out of your mind and have nowhere else to be, they'll make sure to waste your time. Frustratingly slow and incompetent staff, suggest some training or maybe change of management, other customers walking out due to wait.
