The guy in the drive-thru is a complete moron. Doesn’t listen and you have to keep repeating yourself and he still doesn’t get your order right. It’s not that hard of a job to listen to an order and you repeat it back and still get it wrong. Get a new drive thru person. On top of that it’s so slow people leaving the line because it’s taking soo long to get your food. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes it’s absurd.

Refused to fix their mistake on an order after they told me they would make it right if I came back with the reciept. The manager kept talking to me in spanish when I don’t speak spanish.

The chicken doesn't compare to what it used to be, but the prices are sky high. For chicken..... please!! A lot of times, the coleslaw tastes and looks less than fresh. Not appetizing, and the look is unappealing.

What a rip off got 2 famous bowls. When I checked the bowls I had 5 very small pieces of chicken if you even wanna call it chicken. I went in to ask if this was correct? They said yes and that I actually got six ( a small piece of fried flower is what they counted as 6) when it is only supposed to be 5. Outrageous!

It's fair, and quick, they actually do a good job and the food is up to KFC standards. Just busy area so be careful pulling in and out

Waited 30 minutes in line for a simple bucket order. Food is good but there's no communication. A monkey could've made the line go by faster. 3 people left and 1 was stranded due to their car giving out due to the long wait. Went inside because they forgot our receipt and gravy and it looks like everyone is walking like they don't got stuff to do. Colonel Sanders did not die for slow service and cold chicken. I hope it improves soon.

No stars...sorry...9:25 PM on a Friday night...saw people getting out of a car to go in and lights suddenly turned off in store....we just saw the workers in the drive thru with all the lights on??

We had come in on a Sunday and waited over half an hour. There was no communication about the wait especially since over twenty minutes of that wait was at the speaker. When I got to the window I paid for my order and after I was given my receipt back my order was wrong. I asked to speak to a manager and he was great. He said my next order could be comped but when I came back today (five days later) they said they could not honor it as the man “had no authority to comp a meal” and instead offered only five dollars off. They did not offer any apologize for this so I left. Terrible communication here and I will spread word of such.

I've loved KFC ever since I was little... The food is good here don't get me wrong... But the female drive thru employee that took our order was rude and snappy... The atmosphere was not great but not terrible because we ordered in the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for us to get to the screen... Anyways delicious food... Rude drive thru employee... Okay atmosphere

Took my kids here and order a family meal. We ordered a family meal and we sat at there, kids were really hungry, the opened the box and started eating. When tried to get a piece I noticed some hair, I looked in the bucket more and it had a nasty dust bunnies full of hair and other things. I took the chicken back to them and asked for a refund, they refunded me for the meal but yet charged .e for the drinks. I was polite about it and told them thank you, took my family and left. I was shocked that they didn't even refunded the drinks.
Clearly, the place is not clean at all. Next time you buy your food there, make sure the food is clean.

They don't prioritize your mobile or online orders. I ordered at 4pm. It's been 1.5 hrs and order still isn't done. But people walking in with big orders are out the door.
