I commute from Santa Fe. Bought a 16 piece meal to take home to Albuquerque. Paid $65.00. For a 16 piece meal and extra sides. Got home and I am missing 3 large sides. They do not answer the phone. Very disappointed

Richardson House

The drive-thru is always backed up so I thought I would go in to get a takeout order, stood in line for almost 10 minutes just to place the order and watched as the only employees there did nothing but stand at the drive-thru window after waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food which was only a famous bowl and tenders to get home to find out that my tenders were burnt. This is ridiculous incompletely uncalled for and preventable. It's sad that this is the only one in the area so if you want chicken you either have to wait for burnt chicken or find another place!

The guy in the drive-thru is a complete moron. Doesn’t listen and you have to keep repeating yourself and he still doesn’t get your order right. It’s not that hard of a job to listen to an order and you repeat it back and still get it wrong. Get a new drive thru person. On top of that it’s so slow people leaving the line because it’s taking soo long to get your food. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes it’s absurd.

Refused to fix their mistake on an order after they told me they would make it right if I came back with the reciept. The manager kept talking to me in spanish when I don’t speak spanish.
