I made a stop at this location last week, coming from Santa Fe to Abq - I picked up my order and cc when I got home, I noticed it was incorrect - called them and spoke to the manager/supervisor, Monique, she was very kind and very efficient - I could not go back that night, so she made sure, I could come back when I was able to - I went in today and she personally helped me - KFC give this young lady a raise and recognition!! I also want to say, give her team recognition as well, because they are very friendly and look like they are working very hard!

Does not deserve this star waited in drive thru for awhile till i walk in and notice everyone standing around while another person was waiting in drive thru waiting to give there order and still waited and didnt get my full order which i wanted and not only that lack of customer service n being professional

Worst KFC location. I had 4 different orders over the course of a few months. Every single order was wrong or had issues. Sometimes no drinks will come, sometime entire meals are missing, sometimes both. One delivery driver called me after he waited at the location for 45 minutes and apologized to me. He said they were extremely rude to him and said he would have to wait as long as they needed him to. (No other customers were at the store). My most recent order had an entire combo missing, and the chicken breading was soggy. I will never go here again :) I recommend you don't either.

I ordered the 8-piece family meal with two sides of mashed potatoes. Instead, I received two sides of gravy, and both containers were filled close to a quarter of the way practically empty same with the coleslaw. The chicken selection wasn’t great either: three of the pieces were wings with any meat. I specifically asked for crispy, but what I got seemed to be crispy that turned slightly soggy.
I paid $35, and honestly the only thing I really enjoyed were the sides (though I still had to make more gravy at home). For that reason, I can only give the food a 1 out of 5. Miss the good days when we had food made with consideration.
Ordered mac and cheese, did get. Ordered $7 fill up, didn't get the pastries that came with the meal. They don't answer the phone.

I commute from Santa Fe. Bought a 16 piece meal to take home to Albuquerque. Paid $65.00. For a 16 piece meal and extra sides. Got home and I am missing 3 large sides. They do not answer the phone. Very disappointed
