Ordered a mix chicken meal original recipe and crispy with chicken breast wings legs and thighs all I got was legs and thighs and original recipe they charge me for the Mixed meal and I made the point of asking them to make sure that they had my meal right I did make the mistake of not checking my meal but the way they pack the chicken in the bucket I would have had to pull out every piece definitely frustrating at the end of a long day I definitely will not be going back

Just went to get dinner, waited in the drive through to then be told they are short staffed and would be closing from 6pm to at least 6:30pm. Who actually owns this store because you need a new set of employees or go down yourself and get it together.

Got a bucket of wet extra crispy thighs and legs this evening for the game. Chicken was warm but the coating was soggy!! So dissatisfied!!!

Location in bernalillo off 550 constantly closing the lobby 30 min-1hr early 2-3 days out of the week.Why does management allow this?I live right next to this location and dine regularly, however, I will now go out of my way to Churches, Popeyes, & Golden pride just to name a few, they all have better product & service than you …your workers and chicken suck, stop it.

Stopped by at 1030am (I wasn't the only customer) and it seemed to be closed. No worker is site. The sign said they were closed Xmas Eve and Christmas but today is after those days. Anyway, I recommend updating the sign and Maps. Happy Holidays.

Disrespectful and extremely rude cashier, customer service completely in the dumpster! Everything in life has a cycle customers are the reason why the lights are on. Customers should not be treated rudely and spoken to in a disrespectful tone. If you don't want to work, simply don't work in the food service industry. Courtesy Training needs to be conducted immediately to address this issue.
