So glad you have brought entertainment back. Went out yesterday, got dance and enjoy the awesome music by Statik Groove. Great band, hope they are brought out more often. Good dancing music, great crowd. We will be going back tonight to see them perform. 5 star band for sure.

Order a drink from the bartender working yesterday. She had the worst customer service even before I placed my order. I ordered an amaretto sour, and when I realized it wasn’t made the traditional way I ordered a piña colada with a dark rum floater on top. What she gave me was a piña colada with a shot of rum on the side? No big deal but when I asked if she could please float it on top Like I originally asked when I ordered it, Audio she said and I quote “I make drinks the way the way they do in Mexico”. apparently, she thought this made her mistake ok by talking down to me. I reminded her we are not in Mexico. I asked her to Please make the drink the way I asked, especially when you’re charging $15 a drink. Mind you, I am older than her and while explaining what I was wanting she walked away in the middle of me talking. She had long blonde straight hair, with a super snooty attitude! I guess she doesn’t know how to float a shot. She later took the spoon and poured most of the shot down my glass onto the bar. Leaving the glass, sticky and gross! Then while I finished my Piña colada, continued to glare at me from the end of the bar making it very uncomfortable. So I finished my drink and left. I went into Junipers bar and the most lovely Bartender made my drink exactly the way I wanted. So all is well that ends well, but I definitely would never go back if this particular bartender was serving. she was just so rude to me. Which is why I did not leave her a tip. I did leave a large tip for the Jennifer bartender. I was not trying to stump the bartender. I only wanted my drink the way I ordered it.

Great Experience! We stayed at the resort to attend a Concert nearby and were very comfortable. Some friends had recommended the hotel to us and we will definitely be recommending more friends and family as well.

Just had an overnight in ABQ and booked this casino hotel as I remember back for 15 years ago and knew it had been redone. Rooms were wonderful, large, well appointed, and just overall very comfortable. Hotel is also well done, clean, and has a very new high end feel. Looked at Sandra and Tamara and prices were more than 2X here. I don’t gamble much, but casino was very large and fun to walk through. Will stay again!
Stayed here just one night but staff was terrific, rooms were nice and good price. Easy to book the room online and check in was smooth. Restaurants close early for a casino, no real breakfast option either. I would’ve expected a breakfast buffet like most casino resorts

Loved the heater & comfy bed! Too many people slammed the doors starting at 7am. I didn't check out until 11. Crowded pool & 1 elevator not working. Overall, the bed made it the best stay. Thank you to the kind desk staff.

I really enjoyed my view. There were a couple of things. Outside of not winning. ?. It was nice though. The only reason why I did a average is because there should be more towels. I understand people steal them. That's all.

We had a great time, we enjoyed the no smoke cleanliness, it was unfortunate everything shut down early, especially the places with food. But over all have had a good time bowling, swimming, having some drinks and playing some machines.

we were in town for family business, it was wonderful to come back to a clean quite comfortable room helped us relax rest rejuvenate for next days business, Just Love your hotel the staff is welcoming friendly very helpful. no complaints BIG THANK YOU
