For at least 8 months the service is not great period,the drive thru has gotten so bad. usually half can't speak proper English ,and are rude .we are regular customers . .around 2pm the person at 2nd window was rude but The worker at the First window was super nice as always! This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with that worker. (At the 2nd window).for almost 8 months service is unacceptable ,

I just went to McDonald's to order my 3-year-old daughter a six-piece chicken nugget luckily when I got home I took a bite of the chicken nugget first I had found a hard plastic ceramic-like piece completely white the size of a small fingernail or a small tooth I've been calling non-stop for nearly an hour nobody cares to answer the phone I am incredibly mad because if my daughter had eaten that I would have been going to the hospital not knowing what's wrong

They had 1 job. Ordered inside to go, 1 chicken Mc griddle and down the road found out they don't know the difference between a mc griddle bread and a biscuit.
I walked in because their line was so long. I got an immediate smell of rotten meat. I ordered an ice cream waited for 5+ minutes while 3 kids just stood talking. I watched a lady pouring her drink she almost slipped and fell there was a pool of water on the floor. McDonald’s definitely have lowered their standards in all aspects.
