This location really struggles with the difference between sweet and unsweet tea. Would not say this team is ready for responsibility of a restaurant that has common allergens. I have even spoken to a member of management about this repeating problem. Let's hope that the worse they ever do to a customer is deprive a diabetic of a beverage with their regular, habitual incompetence.

Today, December 21st, at approximately 2:30 or 3:00 pm, I had a very bad experience trying to place an order at the drive-thru of that McDonald's. The person taking my order over the speaker was arrogant and had a very rude tone. When I got to the window, it turned out to be the manager of the place, and when I tried to talk to her, she wouldn't listen to me. I simply didn't want to waste my time with immature girls who get promoted for who knows what reason, because she is absolutely not qualified to be a manager giving to people a terrible customer service.

This use to be one of my Favorite McDonald's but sadly the staff has let it go down the drain. Besides the lobby always being a mess, there are transients that constantly ask for money and are sleeping inside. I definitely don't feel safe taking my family to eat there

As a former McDonald's employee at a VERY BUSY LOCATION (in Maryland near DC) and as a long-time customer throughout the years here, this was the WORST service I have ever seen at your location! We have frequented this location, over the last 20+ years. Today was BAD! Two car lanes, they waited on at least 5 vehicles at the main lane while we were waiting at the other lane. Finally, we got into the line for PAY and PICKUP! The order was correct! However, by then our food was almost cold! I should have listened to my brother, who recently said that McDonalds Restaurants have been really bad recently! It is so wrong to delay taking orders and to be able to pick up for that long, etc., no matter how much or how little you spend. Not a good way to do business! This being our date-night take out we had hoped for better. We are so unhappy that this happened! All customers matter and deserve good service with warm, good food!

THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!!! on google it shows the restaurant confirmed the hours recently and im just appalled why they would lie about something like this!? GET YOUR STORES HOURS CORRECTED. Some of us rely on stores being 24 hours and when they’re not it’s infuriating!!

For at least 8 months the service is not great period,the drive thru has gotten so bad. usually half can't speak proper English ,and are rude .we are regular customers . .around 2pm the person at 2nd window was rude but The worker at the First window was super nice as always!
