On my stay at this Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel I just looking for something to eat besides Steak I can tell you this place is totally disgusting Completely Unacceptable the kind of Food this Facility Serve to the people is horrible Unhealthy is Completely Shameful sad this facility need to be improved, removed or replaced for a better quality health Food not to mention the Service Staff on the front of the house need to be trained properly

Mesa Grill food court has great food. Friendly service/ cashiers. Very big plates at under $10 dollars. My girlfriend and I always split the order.

I haved stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past two weeks. The Mesa Grill is convenient to the hotel and I like to get the food in a go box to take to the hotel room.

I have been craving Asian food so last week I went to the counter and ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The gave me the little light up buzzer and the food was ready to pick up at the counter in about 5 minutes.
The orange chicken and fried rice were very good with plenty of vegetables. The proportions were huge. Only $10, so a good deal, and you dont tip any servers so you save money that way. It's self serve....

This week I tried the Beef and vegetables and it was also very good.

Ok, went again bc we had company, then we ordered. Chinese, surely, it will be hot food since they have to cook it fresh? I thought anyway, NO!! IT WAS LUKEWARM AGAIN!! It's like they barely stirred the food on the stove for a Lil while, not long enough!! I got white rice, mom got noodles, BOTH COLD!!! WHY?! Seriously!! There was a table next to us, where the food was left there w/o eating it!! Bc it was freaking COLD!!! Come on SANTA ANA!!? DO BETTER!! For your community!! You have been supported this whole time.. DO THE RIGHT THING !! FIX IT!! I took a Pic of the food left behind. I also called to complain but was transferred to a voice mail!! Ok whatever!!

1st visit. In a while. We used to love the food here, now it's not so great. Last time we ate there we got the fish and chips special, using our food coupon we only pay like $9. For 2 people. Great deal!! Well, our food was luke warm like it had been sitting there for a while. Fries were cold, too!! I absolutely hate cold fries! We were so hungry that we ate it begrudgingly, no bueno! Bad stomach problems later that night, heart burn. I don't know why the food is cold as they are supposed to make it fresh when you order it. I think anyway. They used to take PRIDE in the food they served, but now, it's like they don't care! Won't be eating there again even with the great discount, not worth it.

The people were really nice but the food was subpar at best it's okay for a quick snack if you've been drinking but the rest is not worth it they are inside a hotel and casino and will not deliver to the room
