Baristas watered down coffee and refresher asked for remake and they just took it to the back and gave us back the same cup with same tag and timestamp. Disregarded my request for pup cup so my puppy was disappointed. Then purposely cucoo’d in my husbands face. He was unimpressed btw. Very disappointed by drunks and service spent 22$ for nothing. We threw our drinks away.
Used the restroom with elderly mom and 2 toddlers and then bought a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and the employees accused us of using bathrooms and not paying for anything. Absolutely terrible service. Will not be back. Rude. How do you forget a drink you made 3 mins ago?!
I went in there super rushed, the ladies were so kind.. and the barista wrote down “ur amazing”
It’s the little things .. this made my day.. I had a very rough night thank you!!!!

They never have the tea or the honey for the medicine ball. (honey lemon Citrus tea) I'm just going to stop coming in. It gets so old. The other Starbucks is 2 miles away that's where they send you and guess what they don't have the tea or honey either. This happens every time we stop in. THEY DON'T HAVE THE ingredients. BS.
I don't know how a coffee shop doesn't have coffee.
The workers were so kind and the service was so much faster than any other Starbucks I've been to.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Individual restrooms woth plenty of space.

Went through the drive thru yesterday with the family. When we got up to the window, the barista gave me the total, I gave her the card to pay. She never gave me the keypad to place a tip, nor was I asked for a receipt. Checking my bank account this morning, I saw that I was charged for more than what the barista said that was my total. I called the store requesting a receipt and sure enough, a $5 tip was placed on my order without my authorization. Definitely will not be going back. I just wanted to warn people to check their bank statements and ask for receipts.
I do want to finish this review by adding, the store manager was extremely friendly and was able to help us out with this issue and did give a full refund. Thank you, Mary for your assistance.

Honestly the order ahead feature is what brought me back from Dutch. Long drive-thru lines and wait times are frustrating.
