Parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of.
$7 for a drink and this is what you get!! They might as well have just given me the Matcha powder and milk, so I could’ve made it myself. The fact that they looked at this drink and thought it was ok to give to somebody blows my mind! This location has been messing up my drink every time I come here, and I will no longer be coming to this one.
For over a year now, I’ve been getting my drinks here. The staff never disappoint! I’ll be moving back to Santa Fe this next week and will miss this store and staff thoroughly. You all have been great! Thank you.

Added cold foam for $1.25 or whatever and this was all I got. Pretty disappointed
Starr is the most rudiest drive through attendant! From the order process to the window. She doesn't have any manners nor customer service skills. She got frustrated when she couldn't print my receipt. We will never come back to this location again. We'll stick to the other location near twisters where all their employees are respectful/ friendly and value their customers!
I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks since they opened, I’m not sure if there’s a new barista that isn’t familiar with how to make drinks but I’ve had a bad experience with my flat whites 2 days in a row. Day one the drink was half foam (this isn’t a latte or cappuccino, I expect milk to the top not 50% foam!) today my drink is half empty after adding an extra shot, don’t even have the foam as an excuse.
For the cost of this drink, this is unacceptable.

No ice in my coffee or no extra cold foam a little dissatisfied with my latte should of order in other location. Just seeing the color I knew it wasn't going to be good.
Super nice person working at the register. However, this is the first Starbucks where you were not given your black coffee first and the mocha came out first. Further, when asked about it a new trainee who was doing nothing (as were three other people) said it was not her job to get it or check on. Either she is not bright and/or does not care. She will go far in life.

They made our drinks wrong and even after we paid and tipped them, we got bad attitudes because we asked them to fix our drinks. If you're okay paying Starbucks prices and getting your drink made wrong, visit this location!

I just wanted to say that I LOVE "my" Starbucks. I am there almost every morning, and my order is often displayed on the drive thru kiosk thingy the minute I pull up, without me even saying anything. Then, "Hi Janet, will you be having any breakfast or snacks for later?" Always cheerful, always happy. It's funny when I take my husband's car, or when he is the one ordering - then they are like "Janet??".
You already had my heart with my Java Chip Frappuccino, but I go to THIS Starbucks for the team. I pass others on my way to work, but Mary and her team are the best ever.
