Came for a quick drink and the employee instead of making drinks, we're too busy playing drinking games with espresso shots, not only are they rude theyre completely snarky and made an under breath comments when I stated that my drink was wrong.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. It’s been twice that I ordered ahead but they focus on the drive thru first it seems. I’ve literally ordered 10-15 minutes ahead and when I arrived I still had to wait 10 minutes while seeing cars that arrived after me get their order first and leave. Not great. Not even an apology. Oh, and I was 1 of 2 people in the store.

I accidentally placed a mobile order for a different location. Came through this (my intended) location and replaced the order in person, planning to play again. When I told the barista what I did so I could ask how yo cancel (and hopefully be refunded) from the other location, she told me I was all good and they made my drink. A+ and unexpected kindness/service.

This Starbucks location is close to my home and the one I frequent the most. I would say on average we are here about once a week and the drinks and food are consistently prepared well. Staff are kind and thoughtful (my cup has had a few words of encouragement written on it). I’ve had 1 error in my order within the last year and I could tell they were in training. I have never eaten inside so cannot comment on the cleanliness of the location but the drive through moves quickly. Overall, this location is consistent, fast and effective. I will continue to use this location for my morning coffee!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I went in for WATER… and left with BETRAYAL.
All I wanted was a cup of water. Just water. You know—the basic human need? Starbucks used to give it out with a smile. Not anymore. They told me I had to buy something just to get it.
So guess what I had to do? I bought a cake pop I didn’t even want. I’m trying to lose weight. I’m trying to make better choices. And Starbucks said, “Here, take this sugar stick so you can earn your hydration.”
This is not right. This is not kind. This is not even legal in my emotional court system.
I’ve been loyal. I’ve spent way too much money here over the years. But now? I’m done. Not coming back. Not for the coffee. Not for the cake pops. Not even for the water.
Bye, Starbucks. Hope your ice melts
