I accidentally placed a mobile order for a different location. Came through this (my intended) location and replaced the order in person, planning to play again. When I told the barista what I did so I could ask how yo cancel (and hopefully be refunded) from the other location, she told me I was all good and they made my drink. A+ and unexpected kindness/service.

This Starbucks location is close to my home and the one I frequent the most. I would say on average we are here about once a week and the drinks and food are consistently prepared well. Staff are kind and thoughtful (my cup has had a few words of encouragement written on it). I’ve had 1 error in my order within the last year and I could tell they were in training. I have never eaten inside so cannot comment on the cleanliness of the location but the drive through moves quickly. Overall, this location is consistent, fast and effective. I will continue to use this location for my morning coffee!

I went in for WATER… and left with BETRAYAL.
All I wanted was a cup of water. Just water. You know—the basic human need? Starbucks used to give it out with a smile. Not anymore. They told me I had to buy something just to get it.
So guess what I had to do? I bought a cake pop I didn’t even want.
I’m trying to lose weight. I’m trying to make better choices. And Starbucks said, “Here, take this sugar stick so you can earn your hydration.”
This is not right. This is not kind. This is not even legal in my emotional court system.
I’ve been loyal. I’ve spent way too much money here over the years. But now? I’m done.
Not coming back. Not for the coffee. Not for the cake pops.
Not even for the water.
Bye, Starbucks. Hope your ice melts

Came for a quick Father’s Day breakfast and was sorely disappointed in this Starbucks. Stood inside for 15 minutes waiting for 2 un complicated drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and when the drinks and one sandwich finally came up they informed us that the one I ordered was not available. 🤷♀️ No apologies no nothing just snarky looks and “what else can we fix you?” The drive through was obviously prioritized, but seriously, can a person just get some simple courtesy?
Parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of.

$7 for a drink and this is what you get!! They might as well have just given me the Matcha powder and milk, so I could’ve made it myself. The fact that they looked at this drink and thought it was ok to give to somebody blows my mind! This location has been messing up my drink every time I come here, and I will no longer be coming to this one.

Added cold foam for $1.25 or whatever and this was all I got. Pretty disappointed
Starr is the most rudiest drive through attendant! From the order process to the window. She doesn't have any manners nor customer service skills. She got frustrated when she couldn't print my receipt. We will never come back to this location again. We'll stick to the other location near twisters where all their employees are respectful/ friendly and value their customers!
I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks since they opened, I’m not sure if there’s a new barista that isn’t familiar with how to make drinks but I’ve had a bad experience with my flat whites 2 days in a row. Day one the drink was half foam (this isn’t a latte or cappuccino, I expect milk to the top not 50% foam!) today my drink is half empty after adding an extra shot, don’t even have the foam as an excuse.
For the cost of this drink, this is unacceptable.
