Just went to the drive thru and the sign before I got to the speaker advertised a beverage I wanted. When I pulled up to the speaker to order the guy taking my order corrected me asking if I meant a different drink. Confused I said no, I want the one advertised. He told me they didn’t off that so I advised that they should take the sign down. He defended himself saying it wasn’t his job. I told him that customers could be better prepared if they were advertising what was available. When I got to the window he informed me in a snide way that being nice costs zero dollars.Never will use this Starbucks.

I’d like to preface by saying that I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world because of my military career. The last 3 times that I’ve been here (LITERALLY THE LAST 3 TIMES) I’ve gotten someone else’s drink. I’m confused as to how I’m not catching it at this point. Maybe it’s because they look the same? Today I ordered a grande cold brew with an extra shot. However, I received a venti iced americano. I thought “oh maybe they just made a venti” WRONG!!!! I won’t give 1 star because when they give me the wrong drink, it’s usually a venti ??♂️. I would like my drink every once in a while though. P.S Andrew if your reading this, good choice but maybe get a grande. A venti americano is CRAZYYYY.

Well I drank most of my green tea and then discovered something disgusting floating in my tea. Very disappointing and gross! I have no idea what it was but makes me sick to my stomach.

My drinks were made incorrectly so I kindly asked them if I can have them remade, when I got to the window the barista was quick to tell me that they “made them right” but as a barista that works at Starbucks too I know off the bat how the drinks taste considering I worked at Starbucks (still do) for 3 years and get the drink often!! It was so incredibly baffling for a barista to tell me with such a rude attitude that they made the drinks right and did not even TRY to fix the problem and stared right at me trying to prove me wrong? As a current barista (at a different location) it is vital that our guests receive the Starbucks experience, and I did not get that from the Starbucks Sherrifs Posse location
